I don’t understand why the reviews are making things so complicated…. Park and wait for an employee to come to work and when they stop at the gate walk over to them and get the passcode from them at the gate then get in your truck and pull up to the gate and press in the passcode (I’m not writing the code here for obvious reasons) then drive inside the gate and someone will come to you (because they saw you enter the gate on the security camera) and take your bills and have you stage at a door with your doors closed or assign you a door right then and there. I was in and out in less than an hour… geez people you make things so...
