TNT Lawn Equipment — Local services in Las Vegas

We took our lawn mower, blower and weed eater to this business to be serviced and repaired. We asked to be notified before any work was performed or completed. We got a phone call today to pick up the equipment, and the cost would be $151 so we were a little taken aback when we got to the shop because only the lawnmower was ready. When I spoke to the gentleman behind the counter, his tone was extremely condescending and said to me that’s a great price.!! I advised him that we requested a phone call before any work was done so we could discuss whether we wanted the work completed or not since there were three pieces of equipment so we wanted an estimate before proceeding…. There was no response. My son was with me and I didn’t want to cause any type of confusion. I already felt uncomfortable in the establishment due to the tone used during our exchange. I decided to pay for the work that was done on the lawnmower, pick up the blower and the weed eater since no work was done on those items. This morning I had a good experience with an honest business owner here in Las Vegas, very rare. We have a Sears Craftsman Briggs & Stratton mower that has given us great service for 10 years. Last night after 30 minutes of use, I was unable to re-start it. This morning I changed the spark plug, blew out the air filter and still had no luck. I brought the machine over to TNT Lawn Equipment. When I got there, the owner helped me get the mower out of the trunk, and asked a couple of questions about what led up to the problem. He pulled the cord and the machine started. I realize that I got lucky because I don't really know a lot about small engine repair, but I know an honest business owner when I see one. No hard sell, or hustle. Just a suggestion to replace a dirty air filter which in all likelihood caused the plug to foul. Well I'll tell you I went down there looking for a part for a an engine small engine and they told me that it was discontinued part and the guy looked at me and he said Jimmy a few minutes and let me go upstairs and let me see what I can find that would work for you so he went upstairs and he came down with two parts identical to what I need and that he sold them to me for what was it $9 a piece or $10 a piece I didn't have all the money I gave him $4 he trusted me for 6 and I need to return down there and give him $6 but they were very friendly guys down there if you have any lawn mower equipment anything like that the needs repair man go down and see if you guys are cool there fast is courteous and and they're clean you know so give...
