It was horrible and there was a bust that took place in which both managers Laura and Chris appeared to be attempting to cover for the people that got busted, also Chris had a live in girlfriend who would come to the door and call me vulgar names anytime I came down stairs to wash my laundry while Chris was in the office with the sales rep jaqueline and not me( thank god) but he was telling me that the sales rep was his boss I wouldn't reccomend this property to my worst enemy I would be interested in other siegel properties but never this one I guess Chris Laura and jaqueline are on bath salts not to mention Jackie the sales rep followed me around outside of the north Las Vegas siegel property and they are absolutely not supposed to do that the trio is childish and unprofessional and the property is run down with horrible maintenance staff also it is very important for everyone to communicate with the regional manager and the owner of siegel I practically have their number burned into my memory this is just in case I go to another siegel and the staff actually go out of their way or send someone to follow me cause there was a girl that was missing all her teeth with the skin hanging off her face and bald that attacked me when that white boy at 7/11 did and she shouted to me to be careful after he hit me on my hand and she said that she lives near me at siegel so they actually dont just send people to shoot up the mandalay but they send people to stalk people at stores too,oh and I'm suing Stephen Siegel and his general manager for 1500 Fremont Street Sharon Peterson who touched my breast and told me that if I didn't like it she...
Read moreBeen here a few days, so far I've got no complaints about the property. Manager Chris was super nice, and very helpful and respectful. Desk receptionist was very nice despite having to juggle moving me and two other people in while everyone was paying their rent. All the windows have privacy screens on them, which is a huge plus for me. Complex is clean and relatively quiet, everyone seems to know each other and it's a nice little community. There's kids running around a bit in the daytime, but I have raised a kid in my life so I'm not going to get upset about youngsters shouting at each other every now and then. Kids will be kids. Room was clean, they even had me wait a few hours so they could shampoo the carpet. No bugs or critters in sight, which is a huge relief considering the area that this property is in... And that brings me to the missing star. While this property is on point for the price and very well maintained, the surrounding neighborhood is completely falling apart. Everyone seems to mind their own business aside from the random beggy homeless person, but if you are averse to rundown parts of town then you probably won't like it here. I've lived in some pretty shady places in my life, so it doesn't bother me much.
Overall: A nice quiet, clean place to stay while transitioning to a more permanent place to live. Neighborhood is sketchy as hell, but if you don't look for trouble then you probably won't...
Read moreMaintenance walked in our unit without knocking or announcing themselves. The general manager Chris stated they violated company policy and rules, but will not return our money or train his management staff. It is an unsafe location with a general manager that doesn't care about the safety or security of the residents. When speaking with him he was upset that he was spoken to in a manner unbefitting of a landlord... WITH ABSOLUTELY NO CONCERN FOR A FEMALE WITH A DISABILITY THAT HAD HIS MALE MAINTENANCE MAN BREAK RULES AND CODES OF CONDUCT. I feel very unsafe knowing the general manager is now upset that I spoke up for myself and my partner. Corporate has been notified, but will not get us an answer or make sure we are safe for our first night's stay. If you are someone that values safety, or proper management, I would stay away from Siegel Suites. This same manager pressured my partner into paying and signing for the lease when she needed to leave and attend to more important manners. Now that they have all of our money, they won't guarantee our safety or return our money. Our check in was 12:30 and I spoke with the manager at 4:30, after I had been told of the situation since I was at work. 4 hours later and now we can't get a hotel for the night where we will be safe. Corporate also no longer answers the phone. With work in the morning I am now more tired and facing sleeping in my car... which I know...
