First thing which I would like to do is verify that I am a Las Vegas local and not some out-of-town tourist. Been living in Vegas for 2 years, and I have been a loyal customer of this Wahoo's location for the same duration. That is until now. I usually place online orders for pickup around the amount of $30. I tip generously, usually around $20. Having been a food service worker myself with 3 years of working at a Taco Bell store back in the 90s, I get it. I am all about giving love and support to the food service workers. That is until you piss me off. Placed the order around 9:30 at night with an estimated wait time of approximately 15 minutes. I arrive at the Wahoo's location around 9:45-9:50pm. Food is not ready. Sign is posted to the left of the front counter, "dining room is closed, please order at the bar". I proceed to the bar, and I tell the bartender that I am here to pick up my takeout order. Sweetheart woman who is assisting the kitchen comes to tell me that my food should be ready in 5 minutes. I decide to proceed to the front counter and sit down on the bench to wait for my order. Five more minutes have passed, food is not ready. Woman assisting the kitchen comes to me at the front counter, and she tells me about 2 more minutes for the food. She explains that the store is short one cook. Definitely makes the Friday night a bit more challenging for an eatery to be shorthanded. Again, I get it. I was a shift manager at the Taco Bell store, and being short-handed was practically an everyday occurrence. I told the kitchen assistant, no worries. Kitchen assistant leaves. I continue to stand at the front counter to wait for my order. About a minute later, this other woman comes up to me. She gives me a nasty look. She asks me if I am trying to order. I tell her that I am simply waiting to pick up my take-out order. She tells me in a nasty tone, "Dining room is closed, you need to go to the bar." I guess I was an opportunity for this woman to exercise her power trip. I am assuming that this rude woman is one of the managers of the Wahoo's store. I was not standing in the dining room waiting for my order. I was standing at the front counter waiting. I proceed to the bar. By this time, it is after 10 pm. I still do not have my order. Finally, the kitchen assistant brings me my order. Total wait time for my order was 30 to 35 minutes. But that is okay. Not giving this store a one-star rating because of the double wait time for my order or the quality of the food. I am giving this store one-star due to the power-tripping rudeness of the woman manager who ordered me to go to the bar. If one would like me to do something, then just ask me nicely. I'll do it. Not certain what this woman's issue was with me, maybe because I am 52. Maybe if I looked more like Vin Diesel or Dwayne Johnson, then maybe this rude manager would have shown me a bit more respect. Up until now, I was a regular and loyal customer of this establishment. I always tipped generously, and I always showed the utmost respect to the crew behind the counter. Unfortunate, this store has lost one of the most loyal, caring and understanding customers it will ever experience all because of some nasty female manager and her rudeness. I highly recommend avoiding this Wahoo's location at all costs and find someplace else to dine where the management will show a bit more respect for its customers. I would like to finish my review of this Wahoo's location with a song dedication. "Good Riddance" by...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Wahoo's Tacos in Boca Park, Las Vegas, and I must say, their Spicy Fish Tacos were amazing! This fantastic dish is an absolute must-try for all taco enthusiasts looking to experience a tantalizing explosion of flavors. From the moment I took my first bite, I knew I was in for a treat. The fish in these tacos was perfectly cooked to a crispy, golden brown on the outside, while remaining moist and tender on the inside. The spicy seasoning added an extra kick that elevated the taste to a whole new level. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, with the spice perfectly balanced with the freshness of the fish.
One of the things that impressed me the most about Wahoo's Tacos was the quality of their ingredients. The fish used in these tacos was exceptionally fresh, and you could taste the difference. Combined with the perfect blend of spices and seasonings, it created a truly remarkable flavor profile that left me craving more.
The toppings on these tacos were also spot-on. The shredded cabbage added a refreshing crunch, while the creamy sauce tied everything together perfectly. The warm tortillas were soft and just the right thickness, ensuring that every bite was a delight.
In addition to the outstanding taste, I was also impressed with the service at Wahoo's Tacos. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about their menu. They were more than happy to answer any questions I had and provided excellent recommendations.
The ambiance of Wahoo's Tacos was casual and inviting, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. The restaurant had a clean and comfortable atmosphere, and the outdoor seating area provided a pleasant dining experience. Our bartender was exceptional as were our drinks!

Read moreI had very bad customer service at the Sunset location but sharing it here because the server involved was transferred to Boca Park at least a couple times for her issues at the other store. Also, the same managers worked at both locations and my main issue now has to do with them and the fact that they can't acknowledge a simple, valid customer complaint. Tried to bring to their attention the fact that this girl was drunk on the job and blowing off customers and then she got mad and made some very untrue accusations (which I can prove) about me when I tried to talk to her about it first. Management has not been any more helpful. When you tell them about an issue like this, offer to provide evidence and accounts from other customers and they do absolutely nothing about it, there's a real problem. They clearly don't care about the customers so they probably shouldn't have any. Take your money elsewhere.
Just to make this review more relevant to this location there was one day this girl made a comment about how her father was dying from AIDS and she didn't give a **. This remark was made out loud, in the middle of happy hour and within earshot of the all-ages dining area. WOW. Get it together,...
