Management and staff are RUDE and INCOMPETENT McDonalds, make this your next Robot Restaurant or Shut It Down. I went to Cracker Barrel to eat dinner but stopped in this McDonalds to get my dogs a cheeseburger as a treat. I saw the line at the drive thru and debated about going down the street to Burger King. Next time I WILL GO TO Burger King because this McDonalds is the WORST. I placed my order (4 McDoubles plain, just cheese) at the drive thru and looked at the clock, it was 5:16. Made it up to the window and paid. Got to the pickup window and was told to park in a spot. I waited. And waited. AND WAITED. I watched other cars that had pulled in after me get their orders. Watched about 5 cars pull away from the window and leave. As one of the staff delivered an order to another car, I asked how long on my order. Her response “I don’t know, it’s coming.” So I decided to go inside and asked to speak to a manager. Front line staff yelled back for “Katie”. After a few more minutes, “Katie” came towards the front and yelled at me “They’re coming.” No greeting or anything but decided to yell from 10 feet away. I asked “Why am I waiting on 4 plain cheeseburgers?” “Katie” just yelled back, again FROM 10 ft AWAY “They’re coming.” and walked back to the back. Waited a few more minutes and FINALLY received my order. It was 5:42!!! 25 MINUTES FOR 4 PLAIN MCDOUBLES!!

As a customer, I’m not used to being yelled at by a manager from 10 feet away. Even at a supposedly fast food restaurant. If the INCOMPETENT STAFF has the INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT so stressed that they are yelling at customers, something needs...

Upon arrival we were greeted nothing really pleasant just how can I help you. My husband said a mcchicken then I said and the 2 for $2.39 sausage he then said and the $2.39 sausage biscuits.

We waited for a little while I believe we said a word or two to each other, then heard the other drive thru person closing up an order to our right.

My husband said hello? The young lady said yes. He said are we finished? She replied I’m waiting on you. He said we ordered. I previously said 2 sausage biscuits Then She said and a chicken biscuit He said yes

We drove to the first window where she a young black female was mumbling I’m not dealing with this this morning arguing with me (something along those lines) then the other young white female came from behind and looked out at us in our car so I took a picture of them since I didn’t see name tags.

She handed us back our card with the white young lady still staring at us no one said good morning or thank you. Which we didn’t expect with the level of service they were providing.

We went to the next window to pick up our food. The woman was about to hand us our food then said let me check to make sure all 3 sandwiches are in here. Gave us our bag and said thank you have a blessed day with a smile. Thank you CRYSTAL for the five star service.

That was rude and I don’t believe the standard of this McDonald’s corporation.

The sausage biscuits were soft and delicious however the chicken biscuit was hard, the chicken was cooked well.
