McDonald's — Restaurant in League City

I went to Dr appointment and it’s been a stressful morning for me and the two kids i order 2 happy meals this morning Jun 2 2023 for picnic day at the daycare all kids post to bring a lunch sack when I was at the window I found out that i didt grab my purse from home, I asked the lady to tap my numbers since i got a picture or my card she told me to go order online pay online then come back 😭 but I was barely on time for work and kids did’t get their happy meals for picnic day I just left crying and I feel miserable because my morning didt went as I planned it. It was my mistake with my purse but at work i take card payments and I know we can tap the numbers when they don’t got their card the cashier just didn’t want to do it and It was only me and another car on line. I like this McDonald's, they are friendly people, but, I don't appreciate them putting their breakfast away before 11am. I have been in there three times to get breakfast just before 11am and the first time they didn't have anymore, the 2nd time they were nice enough to switch the menu back and let me order, and the third time, they tried to tell me no, but still had 1 sausage biscuit and 5 tacos left and let me buy some of that, and this was at 10:50am, so they should have had it available for another 10 mins. The sign says breakfast until 11am, not 10:50am. They should not turn the menu until 11am and one should be able to order until 10:59am and still get their breakfast. It shouldn't take an exuberant amount of time to switch from breakfast to lunch either, so there shouldn't be...

English anyone? For this particular visit on 12/28, my experience was horrible. I went through the drive-thru and the girl taking my order couldn't understand me and coupled with her accent and the horrible microphone, I couldn't understand her. My order was simple. 2 chicken nugget happy meals. She kept asking if I wanted a hot and spicy. I never said anything about hot or spicy. I've honestly never had an experience like this at this location...but here we are. She finally told me to pull up to the window to place my order. The poor guy helping me at the window couldn't figure out what she had done because there were so many voided items in my transaction. In the end, I got what I wanted...but I also got extra. Absolutely...
