The staff here was great, making sure that my somewhat confusing order was accurate. Being a New England native, Dunkin Donuts is a staple of society. I don't use Dunkin very often (I prefer my "free" coffee from my kitchen!), but when I do get a caffeinated beverage outside my home, Dunkin is my 1st choice because I like to get something "fancy" (not really), something I can't, or don't, make at home -- namely a Mocha Swirl Latte, either hot or iced, are my favorite, it's what I order every single time. When I was at (one of) my local DD shops the other day, I was meeting a friend there (which is the most common reason I end up getting a coffee beverage outside of my house) & I wanted to place our order prior to my friend's arrival. I was going on a long drive after this coffee meeting w/my friend, so I was going to order 1 mocha latte for "now" and 1 for the road, and decided to get one iced & one hot. This was a strange thing, perhaps, for the young ladies working that day. I think I had at least 4 of them ask for clarity. Fine by me! I'd much rather they ask & get it right, than guess or assume & get it wrong! So Kudos to this group of ladies for being attentive! My lattes, both of them, were delicious, and the whole order was perfect. I would've given 4.5★ if possible. (I very very very rarely give anyone 5 stars because that means there's no room for improvement & I don't believe in that. Good job to the West Leb Dunkin'Donuts & keep up the...
Read moreSo I come here about once a week to get doughnuts for the kids. I have seen them go thru periods where they are training someone new every week and then have a consistent work force for several months. So because of this you end up with weeks that are a two star place and weeks they are a five star. I am happy to say as of the beginning of 2019 they are 4 stars plus. Unfortunately this is subject to change daily which is the nature of all businesses like this that rely on minimum wage workers that have little or no stake in the game. Now the flip side of this is someplace that pays more and keeps the employees vested in their jobs. However this usually costs more and is reflected in the prices. Frankly, I wouldn't want to have to manage a place like this where your hands are tied in ways you can motivate employees and you have to rely on a work force that goes with the wind. With all this in mind take a shot and give it a try and hopefully you land on a good week and not a training week. And if you do think of the above and put your self in the managers position and be glad you only had to be there a few minutes and not all day...
Read moreI decided today to treat my brood of monsters to some donuts. I pulled into the west lebanon location ( not the one in walmart i love that one) and saw they were fairly busy. No worries that wasnt my issue i work retail i understand busy. I pull up to the window and get the first part of my order and then wait for the next part. And wait. The male at the window proceeds with his business. He bends down to grab something and i get the privilege of seeing his very pimply white as a cracker butt. I throw up in my mouth a bit. Then i witness him pull a bagel out of some sort of water bath. The bagle was so soggy i could have washed dishes with it. Do you think he washed his hands after grabbing it and throwing it away? Dear god of course not he just drys them off on his shirt. At this point im becoming impatient. I know my monsters at home are possibly foaming at the mouth with pitch forks at home. Finally i see my bag of food and the guy holds on to it for 3 minutes or more talking to someone about his schedule. I finally get it handed to me and i make it home and the kids maul the donuts. But worse...
