Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Lehi

I entered the restaurant and as I did, I received an important phone call from the VA Clinic regarding an upcoming appointment. There was a short line of people ordering, so I opted to stand near a table and go on with my phone call. The line quickly cleared out, but I was not ready to enter the line to order my food, so I stayed off to the side. Approximately 5 minutes later (no more than 10 mins total of being inside of the restaurant), the manager got my attention and asked me if I had ordered food. I told him that I had not. He then advised me that I needed to leave the restaurant. I told him that I was on the phone and would be ordering soon. He still advised me that I needed to leave. I was appalled.

I was not causing any disturbance or doing anything wrong. I asked to speak to the manager and the gentleman (Preston) told me that he was the manager. I asked to speak to the owner and Preston told me that he was the owner as well. This was extremely embarassing and I am very disappointed. Before I begin, I would just like to say Portia, Connor, Abraham, Bryan, Lia, Nicholas, and Gabriel did the best job ever and really made my experience. Now I may begin. Well… just WOW. I can’t believe how unbelievably beautiful and idyllic this store is. From the mountains of the west ends to the beautiful forests of the East, I have yet to find a sand which shop, let alone ANY shop, that beats this one. I won’t eat anywhere else but JM’s because of how delicious and even poetic this is. I just want these big subs deeply sauced in my mouth, full of meat like the original Italian, and full of flavor like the blood of Mike. Just so much of Mike’s special sauce all over everything that I eat, just tell Mike to have his way with anything and everything I touch. I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Jersey Mike's! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff was incredibly attentive and helped me choose the perfect sub.
