Wendy's — Restaurant in Leominster

The woman at the drive-through window was everything but pleasant. I must have offended her when I asked if Wendy's still served Frosties. She answered in a manner that clearly conveyed how annoyed and amused she was that I would ask such a dumb question. I apologized through the speaker to her for not knowing and what I heard in return was silence instead of something along the lines of "That's okay, you didn't do anything wrong." I got to the window where she was at and she dealt with me like I was a speedbump in her life; she just wanted to be over and done with me. She was quick to open and quick to close the window on me even though the place was dead and she wasn't busy. I asked for a straw and while shutting the window on me she barked "It's in the bag" and didn't bother to look at me while she barked her answer. This experience at one of my all-time favorite restaurants was extremely upsetting. I was on my way home and decided to stop in for a really good burger. We have been to this location a few times and while the food always took longer than expected, it always seemed hot and fresh. Additionally, the staff was always surprisingly pleasant. However, after tonight's debacle, we will not be going back to this location and possibly any other Wendy's. We waited almost 30 minutes for 2 hamburgers, 2 Jr cheeseburger deluxes, and 2 medium fries. When we finally received our order, it was all wrong, cold, and inedible. I couldn't bite through the lettuce it was so wilted. The mayonnaise on the burger could have been scrapped off into an empty mayonnaise jar and sold as new at a grocery store. This place is wild. First off all its 8pm at night they had 2 cars in the drive thru and like 3 people In the waiting room. I give dude my order it comes to $16.45. I hand him $20.50. He looks at it for what seems like forever. Then proceeds to hand me back 3 ones and 5 quarters. I'm like what are you doing? I gave you 2 quarters so you could hand me 4 ones and a nickel. He's like no my draw would be short. I don't argue But I'm like we'll your draw is def short now but ok. Then they gave me the wrong sandwich and messed up in drive through next thing you know they got a lobby full of irrated people with wrong orders. It took them over 20 mins to fix everyone's orders.
