Que Taco (Lex) — Restaurant in Lexington

If I could give more than five stars I would. I have only been to this restaurant one time but with that experience I know I will be back. I didn’t realize it was a food truck when ordering but was not disappointed by this discovery. They do have a couple of picnic tables. I ordered online and arrived early because I overestimated the travel time. I went to let them know I had arrived but I knew I was early so there was no rush. The cashier smiled and asked which car was mine and said they would bring me the food when ready. That was appreciated because it was over 80 degrees. They brought the food before the quoted time even though they were noticeably busy. The employee that brought me the food was very friendly as well.

Hi! So I'm learning fast that I can't really trust the reviews of the folks here in Lexington. They will tell you something is incredible only to find it mediocre, at best. This is one of those situations. My partner and I have visited this food truck twice. The first time we got the burrito and while it was tasty, it was also rather uneventful. Today, we decided to give it another try and got the Que burger combo. Again, the flavor was nice but the burger itself was way too fatty and you could tell the meat was cheap. Very disappointing. When I say RUN to Que Taco I mean RUN because they are TOP NOTCH and sooooo good. They are super amazing. Not only are they super nice but they also have amazing customer service. We ordered 20 minutes before closing and they even brought it out to our vehicle. When I say that this is the BEST Authentic Mexican food I've had I am 100% stating facts. It is that good. This will be a monthly visit. I am so glad we went and made a stop here tonight after visiting a few bars in Lexington tonight. After having 4 alcoholic drinks this was much needed.
