The employees of Auto Zone in Stevensville, Ryan and Miguel are amazing . They went over and above to help me . My vehicle abruptly stopped getting out of the parking lot of Meijer going into Red Arrow Highway right in front of Auto Zone. It was totally dead in the middle of the road by the stop sign obstructing the traffic from all sides. I ran to Auto Zone to ask them if they could jump start the vehicle. They told me that they will try but most probably since it stopped while I was driving the alternator was shot. Miguel came out with me to try to jump start the vehicle but the attempt failed since like they said, it was a problem with the alternator. After that Ryan came out of the store and started directing the traffic explaining to them what had happened . He asked me to get out of the vehicle since it was a very hot evening and suggested I call the towing service. He was assisting the traffic flow while I called the towing service. After the tow truck came he coordinated with the tow truck driver asking me to stand in a safe spot on the side of the road in the shade. Finally the vehicle was towed to the body shop. When I tried to reward Ryan he politely declined it and said that I can thank him by shopping and supporting his Auto Zone store. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We are from Indiana & traveled to Michigan for a family vacation. Our truck broke down at a gas station & needed a new serpentine belt. We made several phone calls to surrounding mechanics & auto parts stores & no one was willing to help & bring us the part we needed. HOWEVER, after a pleasant phone call with this AutoZone store, & even being 15 minutes away from their location, they took the initiative to help us, & only charged us for the part. The employee that delivered the part even stayed to assist us until we were back on the road again. We could not be more...

I went to Autozone to get cracking on a couple small projects on my vintage truck. When I started explaining a couple of the complications of it to Justin, he suggested we take a look at the vehicle together. Well, not only did Justin professionally and genuinely help out, I informally mentioned three other problems/eventual projects that I have for the car, and he offered friendly advice and solutions that will really help me move forward to complete the projects properly and more economically. I’m so glad I stopped in rather than going to a hardware store....
