Hy-Vee Market Grille — Restaurant in Lincoln

Used to love coming here. The service was great and the food selection was awesome.

Not anymore...they have changed the dining area to self-service, but didn't give us our cups, so we sat here waiting for someone to bring us a drink, nobody even walked by. So I went to bar to see about getting our drinks and was made to feel like I was an inconvenience.

Another couple was in the same situation, no glasses, no service. So they got her attention and she very rudely told them that it was self-service and told them where they could serve themselves.

A third couple walked in and they (finally) met them in the doorway to explain where they could find drinks, etc.

Oh and save your time...just get something from one of the stations...we ordered burgers and...

I had a online order that didn’t seem to go through, when I called to see if it was done, they didn’t see it on there end that I had ordered at all. The lady on the phone was rushing to get me off of the phone, wasn’t too professional, made it sound like it was my fault or that I was making the order up to get free food. So I went in and re-ordered my food, luckily staff member Phil, helped me, he was professional, courteous and helpful. I heard the lady I was on the phone with still talk about how she wants proof that I paid for the meal. But Phil helped me and got everything! Thank you Phil! Got my hubby food cause he gets hangry. Also, this was at the north 27th street...

Great breakfast and the Bar happy Hour is 1/2 price draft and appetizers. Haven't had a bad meal or beer here (like there is a thing as a bad beer) highly recommend going shopping with the spouse and as she/he shops grab a drink. Lol just kidding but the service is great, also during Husker Games there is a party going on here with a nacho...
