Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Lincoln

I had recently gone there this last Sunday, and frankly, the service there wasn't as fantastic as it was before. Even for a lunch rush, the dine-in services were incredibly lackluster. I wasn't feeling my best that day, so being met with dirty tables to sit at and super sticky floors to walk on didn't help.

The restaurant was incredibly understaffed, and only had one static server while the other one had disappeared. I felt really bad seeing the static server struggling with taking orders, then having to reach with everything they had to retrieve it from the cooks that were already busy. Even when they forgot a drink I ordered, I almost didn't want to ask for it because they're already so stressed. I do hope things improve in the future, so my One Love can get...

This place is amazing!! Took our fam of 7 there today (4-3-21) and it was our first time visiting a Raising Canes. The staff was SOO helpful and the food was delicious!! We were lucky enough to be able to eat outside as the weather was gorgeous.

The inside was extremely clean. They were taking extra precautions due to covid (new cups instead of refills, masks except when eating, tables spaced and closed off to keep distance, extra cleaning going on), which made us even more relaxed eating out on our vacation.

All 7 of us agree, it will be a “must stop” next time we are in town! We also suggest Frozen across the street for rolled ice cream...

First, want to give a huge shoutout to Lexi and Sam they are managers here at the downtown location. I had a big event Saturday May 3rd; I placed a big order for over 200 chicken tenders, bread, sauces, and fries! Everything was hot fresh, and they did not forget anything! The professionalism was awesome, even working with the young lady Saturday for my order pick up she was prompt, nice, and accommodating. I can tell this establishment is ran well, and wanted to take the time to leave a comment about how pleased I was with the service....
