Please teach your cashiers and baristas to stop saying “will that be it” when you tell them you have a few more things to order and to listen instead. I’m all for team work but better communication is needed at this Scooters. I religiously get a carmelicious blended. Today I was with my family needing a snack to head back to Omaha and came by this location. The lady taking my order was impatient and clearly didn’t listen. I get to the window and there is two young ladies a blond and a brunette working on my order. The blonde lady proceeds just to hand drinks without telling us what they were and I asked what she was handing us and she had to ask the brunette girl as it sounded like the drinks were mixed up or they didn’t know what was what. I had a feeling the order was wrong just by my ordering encounter at the speaker box and at the window already. When I was handed my first 3 drinks, mine included in that order I tasted it and it was incorrect. We ordered 2 peanut butter blenders (one small decaf and one medium with an extra shot) a medium carmelicious decaf blender and a Cinnamon Toast Crunch decaf latte iced small. The medium carmelicious decaf was switched with the small peanut butter blender decaf. As we got the last drink I mentioned to the two baristas the problem and the brunette lady instead of offering to fix the problem she proceeded to argue that they were correct because she made them although I tasted them both and there is a strong distinction in taste. Instead I got a medium peanut butter decaf with caramel topping and a small caramelicious decaf with chocolate drizzle which was not what I ordered. I admit I answered back if she wanted to taste it herself because it upset me she didn’t try to take my drink and resolve the issue. I would of waited in the parking lot if I had to. Again not listening she proceed to roll her eyes and ask what needed to be remade but at that point I was upset and the person behind me was yelling so I told her that I just wanted them to know so they knew to be careful for next time and I would keep the drinks as is. I want to remind them that some people have peanut butter allergies (luckily I don’t) and it could of gone very bad and it’s something in restaurant business that should be taken very seriously. Secondly that makes me nervous that my kids might have gotten caffeine if they couldn’t even get the drinks correctly. This is not the first time at this scooters where I have had a bad experience but it will be the last because I would prefer to wait to get to Omaha next time to order. Being my second time this is why I have choose to write...
Read moreLet me start off by saying this used to be my favorite place to study or get work done; However, that is not the case anymore. The management here is very unprofessional. I now know all of the issues going on with the co-workers because the managers talk about it and have meetings with them right in the middle of the store. SO unprofessional! The lady who seems to be their district manager sits in the store and holds meetings with the other employees and managers, so you hear everything that is going on. If you are going to hold a meeting regarding an issue with one of the employees, do not do it in front of a bunch of customers or any at all! Let alone the fact that she does not wear headphones nor talks quite, so everyone in the store can hear her.
I have also witnessed the lady who seems to be the manager of this specific store be rude to her employees. I did not come here for a while because of it. One specific instance was when she held a meeting to talk to an employee about an issue at the table closest to the cash register / area to order. It made me, and everyone else around, very uncomfortable. Not to mention, all the other employees could hear and see everything going on. Again, how...
Read moreHORRIBLE PLACE. We went into the building instead of the drivethru, after waiting 5 minutes for the lady in front of us, while 6 employees did nothing, they took all four of our orders and we sat. For 15 minutes while I continued to watch the drive thru get their drinks while we continued to sit. everyone had got their order besides me I had to go up and ask for my order (which was mint tea, hot water and tea bags didn't know it took 15 minutes to make that happen hint it doesn't) they didn't realize that they didn't give me my order. Once in the car and on the road I notice that I received CHAI TEA. Another girl in my group received no coffee in her latte but just got frothy milk. I called the store and of course they just asked me to come back. Nope. They were rude and took down my information to give to the manager so they could call me. Never got a call. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Horrible coffee. Just all around a...
