Horrible food and horrible value ! We were there around 3:30 pm on Sunday August 13th - inside the place it was beautiful and clean ! Our waitress was courteous and prompt and the only good part of our experience ! My Wife and I and her Son all ordered shrimp tacos - it took a long time to arrive ! I started eating my shrimp taco and asked my Wife what we were supposed to be eating because all I could taste was lettuce and sour cream but no shrimp ! I took it apart and discovered the shrimp is so small and very few of them ! Wondered why it took over 40 mins for our order since it's obvious they opened a can of shrimp ! The shrimp were small as a dime - we've have shrimp tacos all over the country and this was a rip off ! I spoke to our waitress about this and no MGR bothered to come to our table to see if they could do anything to make us happy If they pass that as quality cuisine then they must be cutting corners to save money ! Very disappointed ! Expensive for a small can of shrimp ! Not true...

Went to dinner on a Saturday night and got right in. For a Saturday night I was surprised it wasn't more busy. Boyfriend and I each ordered a drink. I ordered the Tiaco Ninos. Asked for NO melted cheese and when I received my meal it had melted cheese. My boyfriend accidentally spilled his drink and I tried to get the managers attention when he walked by twice and he ignored me. Our server was MIA. I finally walked up towards the host station and asked the host for help. I saw him let the manager know, the manager did nothing. Host cleaned the spill, but did not wipe the now sticky table down. Our server was never informed. Our server even after we let her know the drink had been spilled never offered to have a new one made or see if he wanted anything else. We also had to ask for the table to be cleaned. Came time for the bill and I asked for the drink to be removed and the manager had a fit and would not remove the drink. I will never be back to this place. The food was not...

My wife and I ate st Ticos on Saturday in the middle of the afternoon. A fair number of cars were in the parking lot when we arrived. Not surprising as Ticos is by far our favorite Mexican restaurant. My wife ordered a deluxe burrito and I the 4 item combination plate. The food arrived quickly and was absolutely delicious, as always! But, the main reason I am writing this review, is because of our waitress named Donna. She was outstanding and was taking care of our table but 5 or 6 others as well. She checked on us several times throughout our meal and refilled our drinks as needed. In addition to serving and checking on the customers at her assigned tables, she grabbed a tub and started bussing tables as well. I know that today help is hard to find, but good help is even tougher. Donna did an outstanding job and certainly deserves to be recognized for her going above and beyond.
