I've never been to a Fuzzy's Taco Shop before, so I had high hopes. I really wanted to like this place since Little Elm has so few restaurants. Unfortunately, this place is a major fail. The food ranges from inedible to plain.

I came in at 5:30pm and there were no other customers there. I gave my order to a rude teenager, who was helped by another teenager who didn't know how to assemble a cardboard drink caddie. I asked how big the tacos are and was told they're taco sized. Not helpful.

After a long wait (more than 10 minutes), my food finally came out. I checked everything (since I know better) and found that my chips, salsa, and guacamole were missing. I informed them that those items were missing and they brought out a bag that they claimed had all the missing items. Stupid me for not checking again because when I got home, I found that the salsa (which I paid extra for) was missing.

For my kids, I ordered the kids chicken sticks. They were dark brown from being overcooked and looked like the cheap kind of frozen chicken that you get at Costco. They kind of looked like fish sticks. My kids just stared at them and were very reluctant to eat them. I felt bad serving them such obviously substandard chicken.

My tacos were tasteless and unremarkable, except for the "spicy pork taco", which was good, but not spicy, and was swimming in grease. The tacos that I got looked NOTHING like what's pictured on their website. They look more like the small/thin compacted tacos that you get at taco bell. They were mostly lettuce and cheese.

The side of "latin fried potatoes" looked like those breakfast diced potatoes and tasted like they came out of a frozen bag and were microwaved. They were dry, overcooked, flavorless, rubbery, and hard to eat. I ended up throwing them away because they were SO BAD.

The "queso" looked nothing like any queso I've had before. It looked a lot more like the cheese-whiz that comes in a can from the store. I refuse to believe it was anything other than a very low quality store-bought canned cheese sauce. I threw that away because it was inedible.

The chips and guacamole were the only thing that was good. The guacamole may have even...

A month ago, we placed an online order to this location by mistake. As soon as we discovered the mistake, we called to cancel the order and was assured everything would be refunded. Not only did we error in placing the order to the wrong location, we typo'd a $400 tip on a $45 tab. This location has yet to refund the full amount after numerous calls to the location and to the owner. We never received any food from this location yet they hold our money hostage since 3/17. Now. different story. We placed an order online with the correct location in Willow Park and again, hubs typo'd a $400 tip on that order. Our money was refunded quickly on the initial transaction and we paid the correct amount, no hassles what so ever. Little Elm, if you don't know how to refund, please contact the Willow Park location because it was corrected within a couple of days. Little Elm, waiting for my $445 refund on the canceled order. Sorry I had post here but I hope we get someone's attention! Next stop, BBB.

04/21/21 - I emailed as instructed and was contacted via email saying this would be resolved but no response to my email requesting a date of resolution. Going on 35 days trying to get this resolved.

4/23/21 - still waiting to here from you on a resolution. Seems simple enough to reverse charges. The order was 3/17....about to...

I was at this location today around 3. I walked in, no one said hello, good afternoon, what's up my bro, nothing. I just walked to the counter to make my to go order. I would have made my order but there was no one at the register. I went to the area where the guys were cooking and asked who can I place an order to go with, and he said the front register. I told the guy that there was no one there. So this gentleman left the grill area where he was cooking, went to the front register, took my order, then went back to his area and proceeded to prepare my order. I wouldn't be so hard about this if it was actually busy at that time but there was a handful of people there sitting, eating and watching the televised sporting events. Kudos to the grill guy that stepped up and helped, but to hell with those that were just hanging around with the customers at the bar and the others that didn't seem to give a damn. I have been to other Fuzzys taco locations and never experienced this kind of service. Hopefully that crew doesn't show up at any other locations. Again, a big thank you to the grill guys that...

My family and I went to Fuzzy's on Mother's Day. The gentleman at the counter was excited and eager to help us. He was handing out white and red roses for the moms. My daughter told him that she just finished with her gymnastics competition prior to coming to eat. When we left he remembered her competition and congratulated her again for doing well. He is extremely personable and made us feel very welcomed. I ordered fish tacos that tasted exactly like I would expect. We also had queso. It was AMAZING. Price is about the same as fast food only better quality. I LOVED that there was an outlet by our table with two wall plugs and two USB ports. All of our phones were dead and needing charging in order to use GPS to get us back home over 2 hrs away. Restrooms were clean. All the games worked. I definitely will be back.

I had an amazing experience at Fuzzy’s Taco Shop! I ordered the brisket salad, and it was absolutely delicious – the meat was tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The toppings were fresh and perfectly balanced, making for a hearty yet refreshing meal. What really made the experience standout though was the excellent service. Nayeli, my bartender, was fantastic! She was attentive, friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she truly made my visit memorable. Highly recommend both the food and the exceptional service at Fuzzy’s!! Oh and not to leave out Peyton who was also great!! Thank you so much!
