Starbucks — Restaurant in Live Oak

Don't bother coming here. The girls are rude and the coffee is gross. I asked for a pumpkin cream cold brew and the one they made for me tasted like the bottom remnants of a cold coffee pot that had been sitting out all day. Not even a hint of pumpkin. I asked if maybe they had substituted some ingredients as I know alot of Starbs are dealing with shortages and I completley understand however the barista was very rude, rolled her eyes, and informed me every Starbucks makes the drinks different...she made it for me a second time and it came out exactly the same bitter, gritty, watery, no pumpkin goodness. The manager Bobby was the only redeemable part to this experience. He was very kind to me, apologized, and gave me a refund. Can't say his employees have the same customer...

Both of us ordered an oatmilk drink. Mind you, as we walk up, the employees are laughing, cursing and talking about how another employee messed up someone's order involving Oatmilk and how they made fun of them for forgetting. He then makes both of our drinks without the oatmilk then let's us walk away with it as he holds the oatmilk in his hand without mentioning he forgot to put it in etc. They all laughed as we left due to him being the new one to forget oatmilk and us "not noticing". Came here 2 times and got bad service both times . Thought hey mistakes happen And maybe not all of yalls employees are that rude :) thought I’d give it another try and was I wrong . Gave me the wrong change And laughed about it .. it took 3 people in line to tell them I paid with a 50 for them to understand , even the manager didn’t know what he was doing .
