Well this used to be a really nice place, we've eaten here several times in the past years ago, and never had any issues.
However, things change.
We stopped in today to have a nice dinner with our daughter.
We were told initially it would be a half hour wait for a booth, then after about a half an hour and getting called we were told we'd have to wait a few more minutes for a booth.
Then when we were finally seated, we put our order in right away with everything we wanted, to save them time.
The server Andrea was very unattentive, barely spoke to us, and rarely checked on our table the whole time we were there.
It took just over 20 minutes for us to get our drinks. One water, one pre bottled milk, and one lemonade.
Then a further 20 minutes before our mozzarella cheese stick appetizer came out, which was undercooked and very cold in the middle.
It was an hour from ordering before we got our entrees, of which we only received two plates of food and had to wait a further 5-6 minutes for our final plate.
One meal was made incorrectly with toppings we requested be removed. A steak that we ordered was so well done it tasted like wood, was thick black burned on both sides and as chewy as old boot leather.
We requested the bill when the food arrived and it took a while before it we got it. Then when the server brought it back they neglected to leave us a pen to sign the bill. We waited a further 6-7 minutes hoping to see someone, before getting fed up of all the waiting and had to use one of our childs crayons to fill it out, and then left.

Read moreWe have been going to this location for forever and we often order delivery (more than we probably should lol). We recently had some mistakes with our pickup/delivery orders. The workers at the stores were super kind and fixed our issues. Today I got a call from a general manager (I believe), stating that they would fix my issue, but if I ever have another issue to save his number and it would have to go through him. The conversation was really condescending and put a bad taste in my mouth for this location, which is sad because we go here often and have loved all of the workers we have encountered up until this point.
If a company offers delivery/pickup, they have to be open to fixing the issues when they arise. If the food is already at my house and it is wrong or items were left out, how could a company expect anything different than a refund? It isn't the same as when you're eating at the restaurant and they can fix it in the moment.
The general manager (I believe), he was listing the four dates, over the past few years that we have requested a refund. We order here a ton, when there isn't an issue, we don't request a refund. I felt really gaslit that he was trying to make me feel bad for requesting a refund when I pay for a meal and literally don't get the meal.
Anyways, just go in person if you are going to go. All of the waitstaff, hosts, and cooks are awesome. Meanwhile this guy, Jeff, was making it sound like I'm the problem when I ordered salads and spinach artichoke dip and received...

While the employee started taking the order he keep on getting so closed to my wife it almost felt as he was going to kissed her. finally placed my order and waited almost an hr to be wrong, when I asked why so long? The employee said “they were cooking the shrimp” (shrimp takes 7-10 minutes to cook) then I ask what I was being charged for, the employee did not have a clue about the order. also, overcharging items that we had not even requested from the beginning. I asked for the menu and I got the manager trying to defend his many mistakes. Explained everything and asked me to wait so she could check the order, waited 10 more minutes got tired of the ineptitude, disrespectful, unorganized, insulting, discriminatory behavior from employee and manager and decided to leave. There were about 14 customers in the restaurant. There was no excuse for such behavior. The order was taken wrong and we never saw the food at all, never told when the food was going to come out, we were not even offer water while we were sitting at the bar waiting for the order, waited for a whole hour advising of any status and without acknowledging we were still waiting.
