I won't order my food online again. Because I guess the staff members can't read to get the order correct nor did you contact me to see if I would like a different side you gave me fries when I requested a baked potato, spicy battered fish that's too crispy it's about burnt .the Fries you gave me was COLD and OLD TASTING. Thx for wasting my hard earned money on food I could've went and gotten anywhere but I chose this location because it haven't let me down in the past . Maybe it's the new staff members now. Idk but me and my bf both come too often for our meals, and for mine to look and taste nasty this time around idk granted I order 18mins prior to closing but that doesn't mean you lack on the service you give and provide for others . Read moreTonight was the worst experience that I have ever had at a Captain D’s before. The staff was cordial. I requested hot fresh French fries with my Flounder Dinner. I was asked if I were dining in or carrying out. I requested dine in. When my number was called, I was handed a styrophone carry out box with my meal inside. Everything in the box was overcooked. The Flounder tasted as though someone had coated each piece a box of salt. My French fries were so brown and crisp that I had trouble even chewing them. The hush puppies were also overcooked. This will be my last visit to any Captain D’s anywhere. I had a similar experience at a Captain D’s in Bremen Ga. last week with my fish served in a puddle of grease. The entire organization appears to have gone downhill and the quality of the staff is very poor. When they see a complaint, then they want to ‘buy you off’ with a free meal offer.
