I was trying to get an iced water with strawberry inclusions but I was told I canāt just pay for the inclusions⦠so in turn the general manager tried to charge me 6 dollars for a venti cup of ice water with one scoop of strawberries in it. She said it was policy but that makes absolutely no sense who in their right mind is going to pay 6 dollars for 1 scoop of freeze dried strawberries⦠because their water is free. I will not be coming back to this Starbucks ever again itās always something like the wrong milk, wrong syrup, no sugar, too much ice, not enough ice, like who is running this store and why does Starbucks think itās okay to scam people. I order the same thing every time and it seems like they get lazy and only make half of your order. I normally order an iced coffee with vanilla and cream and they barely put any cream in it. Lately Iāve added caramel drizzle sweet cream and today they basically gave me an iced coffee with sweet cream. There was no regular cream, my coffee was black, and no vanilla or caramel. Iāll stick with Ingles Starbucks. Iām tired of wasting my money.
Update: I sent a complaint to corporate (I guess thatās who it went to) about it and they assured me theyād let the staff/management know and get it corrected.
