Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Logan Township

Ugh, this is not the Rita's I'm used to. I grew up in Philadelphia, home of the original Rita's, and they can make anything from anything. My husband tried ordering a Misto shake with cake batter custard and cookies and cream ice. She told us she couldn't do that, even though out in Philadelphia that's how they make the Misto. She said that would be considered a blendini, which I've never even heard of until this location opened. The lady said she had to make it with the soft serve custard, so he asked for a twist with the cookies and cream ice. Nope, she made a gelati. Then she says the Misto is made with liquid custard?! I've never even heard of THAT. I guess they don't have a powerful enough blender. Definitely won't be coming back to...

Love it nice little place to get Italian ice for those hot summer days tons of flavors to choose from helpful staff that are very friendly the store was really clean and well decorated they also have frozen custard which is amazing I would honestly say you should try some I've never had such good Italian ice other than Rita's I tried one in New Jersey when I was traveling can't say more...
