visited this location on a whim because the mcdonalds in town messes up my order every time. ordered mozzarella sticks with crispy chicken wrap with no onions or tomatoes and swapped the honey mustard for ranch. my partner ordered a beef brisket sandwich and mac and cheese bites. wrap was made wrong the first time, had mustard and onions. when i came in to have it remade the cook admitted she had made it regular and not seen my specifications, no big deal. then i heard employees in the back rudely talking about how i should have just picked the onions out (how am i supposed to pick the honey mustard out though??) wanna also mention the lack of tomatoes because if i had ordered the wrap regular and received it without a crucial ingredient i would have been equally upset. even once they remade it the chicken was rock hard and i ended up taking a few bites before just throwing the whole thing away. mozzarella sticks tasted like a combination of everything else they fry (totally nasty breading, tasted like onions). my partner brought his mac and cheese bites back in because they were BLACK and crusty and he said they tasted nothing like they had when he got them at a different location. the man up front gave him new ones which looked and tasted exactly the same to which he said "oh they just look like that i dont know what to tell you" (so in other words, "we dont change our fryer oil or know the proper settings to cook those at") he said his sandwich tasted like it had been under a heat lamp all day. also would like to mention that the only two employees in uniform were in manager uniforms, every other employee just had regular clothes on which should have been red flag number one. very disappointed to receive two inedible meals especially when it cost so much more than any other fast food restaurant.. truly hope the owner can find time to start doing surprise inspections because dear god this...
Read moreOnly rating 1 star because you can't give zero. Absolute worst customer service I have ever received happened today and I didn't even step inside the establishment. Sat outside in the drive-thru for over 15 min with cars in front and behind me. Nobody ever came on the speaker to take an order, so I drove around parked and tried to go inside to order instead. All the doors were locked. Another 3 customers verbally addressed they were having the same issue so I decided to call and simply ask what was the problem or issue because sometimes things in life happen and god forbid someone was hurt inside and others besides myself were worried about the silence. The girl on the phone snapped at me after I nicely asked my question, then gave the phone to the manager when I mentioned her tone and presentation was unwarranted when I was simply asking a question and it was unprofessional. Manager gets on the phone and was equally as rude and snotty, after I stated the tone and sassiness wasn't needed from the previous employee, however she did explain the issue and it's understandable, I told her that I get it but I don't appreciate the treatment and asked to speak to someone higher up and get a number for corporate. She wanted to pass me to another manager and I said no I'm going higher up, I don't care about your fkn managers manager. I want the BOSS.
I'm so tired of basic skill people wanting businessman paychecks. Ehh nah. Yall can't even put fries in a back right side up. 😒

Read moreOk, first off the food at this Arby's has never been bad for me. Everything's been made properly and has tasted as it should. That being said, the only way the night shift staff could be worse would be if there was more of them. In the past few months I've been there three times. Even if there is no one else in the drive through you can expect a wait. One of those times, out of pure curiosity, I stayed to see how long it would take them to acknowledge me. It took seven minutes in an empty drive through. Two of the three times my order was incorrect, and the wrong items weren't even tangentially related to what I'd actually ordered, leading to me having to go inside to get the order fixed. The third time they handed me my order and shut the window so fast they neglected to give me my drink. I ended up waving one of them down and they were aggressively annoyed that I'd interrupted their conversation with their co-workers.
The issue seems to be having a bunch of younger employees that are more interested in hanging around, talking with each other, and killing time than they are doing the job they are getting paid for.
