WOW!! Now.... Go now!!! (If it's a Friday or a Saturday that is.) Stumbled on this new food truck and was really impressed! I had the beef empanada and it was really good!! The empanada was juicy and seasoned just right. The ratio of meat to crust was perfect! Both dipping sauces were delicious. The prices are sooooo reasonable!! Go give it a try! Olga, the owner, came out to visit and she's as sweet as can be! I can't wait to go back and try the strawberries and cream dessert option as well as the...
