Arby's — Restaurant in Lone Tree

I haven't been in any Arby's in several years. Ended up here with a family member who "needed" fast food. It was clean, quick, and not nearly as overpriced as it had been.

Ordered the brisket sandwich (without the onion thingies or mayo) which dropped the calories down to about 550. I was greatly surprised by the thick slices of nicely smoked brisket! The bun was buttered and lightly toasted, which complemented the meat and cheese but was just slightly too limp to contain everything. The BBQ sauce was slightly sweeter than I prefer but overall this $5 sandwich was far superior to the one I had recently at a breathtakingly expensive BBQ joint not...

If I could give zero I would. I left with no food, the worst customer service to the point that I was scared for my safety and left crying. The two managers working tonight should be fired immediately. The man was screaming in my face. Insulting me, threatening me. There were no other customers, they were not closing or doing any tasks. Seemed like they were on drugs. They need to be fired before they hurt someone. To give you an idea…I am a 35 yr old woman who lives in Lone Tree. Rushing to grab food at 8:30pm on a week night after a long day of work and HOA tasks. Trying to get food and go home…fire him before he hurts someone and this branch is...

Ordered thru grubhub. Missing 2 sandwiches. Calls them was told to go pick it up ourselves which defeats the purpose of using a delivery service. Spoke to a manager who tells me he'll give me a refund then tells me he doesn't know how to. Doing a checklist of items ordered doesn't take a scientist... I work in food service that does deliveries and actually know how to do my job. This isn't the first time. Also manager tells me the driver was probably given the wrong order. Well uhm duh sherlock?! Someone in my household isn't eating dinner tonight. Thanks Arby's 👍definitely not ordering from this...
