The reality is if you like Chinese food, there are not a lot of choices besides the Panda Express and Shanghai 360 at Park Meadows. Besides the regular American Chinese food items, such as orange chicken, Mongolian beef, walnut shrimps, teriyaki chicken, friend rice and fried noodles, Shanghai 360 also has BBQ pork, sesame chickens, eggplant and tofu, Singaporean rice noodles, a variety of noodle soups, dim sum selections, such as Siu Mai, Ha Gou, Xiao Long Bao, BBQ Pork Bun and Pan Fried Bun, as well as boba drinks. They use wide soft noodle for their fried noodle which has a better and more moist texture compare to the drier fried round oil noodle used by Panda Express. Certainly a good if not better alternative to Panda Express

My daughter had the orange chicken and some Boba drinks which I didn’t try it myself but I’m here to rate the noodle soup. It was really good….plenty of noodles and beef & great flavors. I also ordered the tofu dish, and it was a good too but a little greasy. I will come back again. The noodles tasted fresh and you can either pick ramen or rice noodles and we picked ramen. My 10 year old son thinks it’s the best noodle in a mall.

I ordered the tofu and eggplant and Char siu pork with Hong Kong noodles. Super delicious!! Large portions and a super friendly lady served me. This is how it is done properly!!! Why do people pay Chipotle for garbage and bad service when amazing restaurants with great staff are an option!?!? I will now go out of my way to eat at Shanghai 360. Good job folks and thanks for restoring my faith in Mall food!!!!!

I really wanted to enjoy my experience ordering bao buns at the food court. When I saw them, they looked so delicious, and I was craving them badly. So, I went to order, and everything was going fine—until I noticed the two guys working there seemed annoyed with me for no reason. Luckily, they were still polite, but polite doesn’t mean they were genuinely nice.

When I got my bao buns, one of them said, “We’re just going to do this once, but next time no, because these are very hard to make.” Hearing that made me feel disappointed, not angry. I didn’t understand why I was being treated that way—after all, I was just ordering food.

I honestly don’t know much about Asian cooking or how difficult bao buns are to make, but from my perspective, they don’t seem that hard. As someone who cooks Mexican food, I believe bao buns shouldn’t be too difficult either. And if they’re really so hard to make, why sell them in the first place?

I found their attitude insulting. After buying the buns, I even gave them to my sister because I wasn’t hungry anymore—I felt too offended to eat them myself.

Here’s my advice: Don’t sell something that’s “too hard” to make if you’re not willing to make it properly or treat customers with respect. It’s not the customer’s fault for ordering your food. In the end, I just wished they were kind and courteous because I’m spending my hard-earned money hoping to enjoy...

The manager is very unprofessional and aggressive. Today I ordered Chick-fil-A for me and my baby (he was in a long stroller) I pushed off to the side not realizing I was standing near Shanghai business. The manager comes out and goes “lady are you going to get something” & I automatically realized I was wrong and apologized and moved, I guess where I went wasn’t good enough and the manager of the business started to get very aggressive and brought out a black pole stopper pushing me back ward away from his business (he did it close enough to where he didn’t touch me) I was now blocked off with a black pole rope and with him in my face telling me to get out of here . I have never felt so uncomfortable & can not believe this is how they conduct themselves as a businesses. It’s no surprise they were slow on business while the mall was packed. I could never imagine treating someone like that over a...

Negative stars if possible. Incredibly disappointed in this business. The man serving food today (he is a heavier set asian man with a very heavy accent, I did not get his name before I walked away) was incredibly pushy about ordering food, ignored the fact that the person I was with was not going to order due to dietary restrictions and top it all off made an incredibly racist remark about how Mexicans make your stomach hurt with their food and how their food would not do that, promising it wouldn't hurt. As a Hispanic woman I was taken back by this comment. I said nothing since I did not want to cause a scene in the middle of a mall but maybe I should have. This behavior is appalling, disgusting and I will make sure no one I know will go...
