Came here for late lunch with my family, we love pho. If you love pho too, this is not the place for you. The summer rolls were decent (those are hard to mess up) but the peanut sauce was lacking in flavor and texture. I ordered iced Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk, not nearly as strong or sweet as I'm used to. The pho is the most expensive I've had so far and is lacking in flavor, not nearly served hot enough either. You order your noodles (thin or wide) pick three toppings (meats or veggies), and then your broth (beef/chicken or veggies). I got double rare steak and tendon. The tendon was so overcooked it looked -for lack of a better description- like giant brown loogies; ate one piece to give it a try and it didn't taste very good, and the rare steak just wasn't good either. We also got popcorn chicken which was nice and crispy but the chicken itself was a bit dry and there was nothing special about the flavor either. The music was just a little too loud for my taste, but that's subjective. Tl;dr: if you want a good bowl of pho and you're used to traditional mom&pop pho shops this is definitely not the place for you. I essentially paid $10 for a bowl of noodles since the meat was awful and didn't even eat half because of...

After 8 mins and having to drive back to the store from home !! I call again and the same gentleman who was rude before says ok we don’t see you even tho I was right infront ATP !! I did not know of this place until today. Not thst it's hard to miss or anything but Long Beach is such a forward developing city. When I walked in I was very pleased with the spacious environment no need for a greeter or a host, the order counter is a few steps into the door. The menu is clear and legible leaving little point for questions if you're used to eating pho. Plus points for having the bowls customizable from the noodle, to the protein (if you choose) to the broth. Do many options. They even have appetizers and a wok and grill for those who may not be in the mood for pho. I absolutely loved the customized menu for their beverages. I was able to order a Thai tea no problem with many additional options not found at other locations to take it in a different direction. They also have a healthy offering of beer and wine if you're into that. No cash or card? Well they also have apple/android pay so you're able to process your order (and tip) effortlessly. Live TVs and awesome music in the background make for a very hip ambiance and I am super eager to come back and impress my friends with this awesome one of a kind...

Located right in downtown long beach. There is a parking structure right next to the restaurant. In here, you place your order prior to being served. (Pho): For the pho, there are 3 steps to order: choosing your noodle type (thin or wide), your 3 proteins choice (extra for more $), and lastly your broth type. There have simple appetizers as well as bahn mi sandwiches to rice plates and salads. So all in all, the option to customize your pho soup is pleasant to those who prefer it. It's nice in my opinion. (Taste): tastes like pho! Very simple condiments such as hot sauce(siracha) and hoisin sauce. Perhaps they may have other condiments but per request, I didn't bother to ask. Very simple pho soup and straight to the point eating. (Atmosphere): nice and elegant wood top tables and concrete flooring with standard and high tables all inside the dining and also limited outdoor seatings too. If you're in the area of long beach, worth to try and let Google know if this place hits it for you.
