Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Long Beach

Once in a while I do uber eats as an extra gig. So I get to visit many restaurants in the process. This gives me the opportunity to credic good or bad costumer service.

In the process of my visit I will determine if I will visit the restaurant for personal consumption or to stay away and when I come across a restaurant with bad costumer service, I stay away and I do not recommend it to friends and family. .

About this particular Carl's Jr. I come here for both personal consumption or to pick up an uber order. And I must say the staff here is always pleasant and polite and they'll always greet you, regardless if you walked in or used the drive-thru. Every one here is pleasant. This a reflection of good management.

Therefore I highly recommend to visit this place as the food is fresh, warm and always delicious. You will not be disappointed.

You can tell they take pride on keeping everything super clean.

For starters, the place was clean. They just had some tacky Dollar Tree Easter decor that made me laugh. I made it to my dentist appointment way too early because traffic was lighter than expected. I had my toothpaste and brush with me, so I thought of getting a light breakfast before I went to get drilled. They seemed understaffed, 1 counter person and 1 food preparer. I waited and waited at the counter while the attendant seemed to give precedent to the drive thru instead of the customers that actually walked into the lobby. After about 10 minutes the counter person finally acknowledged me and told me she'd be right with me. Great, more waiting. During the wait, I perused the menu and thought to myself, For these prices, I could've gone to Starbucks and receive better service. After 15 minutes, I finally had the opportunity to order a cup of coffee. My window for getting food had passed. Fast...

No good. Burger king across street better. BK many problems and close. Fires, bumms you name it, they had it. Bk good Carl's no good. The workers try real hard but no good and toilet too dangerous and they don't let you use. The food no look or taste like photos. I say no go drive down the street further to in and out burger. It safer and better and they religious. They put religion on their packaging of their food for good luck. Carl's no good try harder. I think they close too like bk. Chick a flick went in too by Carl's I no like deep fried chicken too fattening. I say no. The Starbucks next door no good. Bumms everywhere and the two banks next door I got my purse stolen two times. The witnesses call the cops but they never arrive. I say go to in and out and stay far away from this neighborhood and traffic circle....
