I've been a loyal customer since their grand opening in July of 2020. Cassidy’s is located at 3846 Atlantic Avenue in Long Beach, California. The bagel shop is open 7 days a week from 6:00 am - 2:00 pm. No indoor dining yet but they have a nice outdoor patio in the front of the shop. Come early because some of the specialty bagels sell out quick.

I ordered the Cassidy’s Club sandwich along with their Signature 4-2-1 Ice Coffee yesterday. Today, I'm having another delicious Cassidy’s Club sandwich with their sweet Thai Ice Tea. My sandwiches came with turkey, crispy bacon, avocado, tomatoes, red onions, lettuce and dijon mustard with my choice of an Asiago bagel. I love the fact that Cassidy’s uses quality Boar's Head Premium product for their sandwiches. Using quality ingredients is always a recipe for success. Today, my club sandwich came with my favorite quote " You can be anywhere in the world...and you chose Cassidy’s." Employees are very rude and have poor customer service. When I placed my online order, i put ASAP, once I placed my order it said ready at 10:05, which was an hour away from the current time. If I knew it was gonna take an hour to get my order I wouldn’t have done it. I don’t have an hour to waste, I work. Unfortunately, I already paid so I decided to wait 15 minutes and go inside the store to ask. They said that is the wait time for online pick ups, and he printed my receipt to give to me to show the pick up time. and so i said okay then can i cancel it, and get in line with the store orders since there was like 2 people in line. He said it’ll take the same amount of time. The guy in line heard and asked if that’s true to the employee, and he said no it’ll take quick for you. So now i’m stuck waiting an hour for my order because i already paid the $50 for 2 bagels and 2 drinks. So disappointing because this place is actually really good, but i won’t come back after...

I've been coming here for a couple months now. They have the most delicious and amazing breakfast bagels. Personally love The Desy. Their bagels are always fresh and unfortunately that can also be a downer because they run out after a while. The location itself is OK. They have street parking in the front. In the mornings it isn't too full and usually they have parking. I do not know about the afternoons though. The staff is great. Everyone is nice and patient. They take both online and phone orders. The only reason i give it 4/5 and not a perfect 5 is because sometimes i make an order because I'm quite busy and it is still not ready by the time i get there. However, i do understand they are quite busy as well and are very much sought after. So,i don't get too mad i just show up 5-10 minutes after the time they said it'd be ready by lol.
