I decided to go for their $1.50 taco Tuesday deal. Our server's name was Alberto. Super attentive! He might have checked on us at least 30 times to see if we needed water refills, more beer, chips, salsa, etc. Seriously outstanding customer service! The taco bar was fantastic. I don't think I'll ever get the asada again, but the carnitas, adobada and potato tacos were great! Their salsa flavors were a little weird. their house salsa is a roasted tomato chipotle sauce that is similar to Chevy's Mexican grill - That one seemed to go well with the complimentary tortilla chips. My favorite with the tacos, was the light green salsa labeled Taquiro salsa. Delish! My favorite part of the salsa bar is that they offer toasted arbol chillies as well as whole uncooked serrano peppers. I love very spicy food and those really had a kick! Made my eyes tear up and crap run out of my nose. not a pleasant sight to see, but i was in heaven. might want to avoid those 2 items if you aren't looking for over the top spicy. The beer was less expensive than i would have expected for the area. They also have $10 (happy hour) drinks that they serve in 1-liter carafes. 8 frozen margarita options or various popular mixed drinks. $15 if you miss happy hour and i still think that it's a bargain. Looking forward to coming back and trying other items...
Read moreALL THE DRINKS were delicious highly recommend. As for the food well the chicken enchiladas were really good even the rice and beans that came with them. However the queso birria tacos were a bit too soggy when their best a bit crunchy. The meat was dry even when trying to dip it in the sauce it broke every time. No onions were serve with it just cilantro, radish, & some hot sauce. The tacos governabor were also way too soggy. Hardly was given cabbage for all three tacos it was more for just only one. Would have prefer the shrimp cut into small cubes though having three whole shrimp was more of one bite of shrimp and another of tortilla before getting another shirmp bite. (Not everyone can eat a big taco in three bites.) The sauce was really good, the carrots were good too I would have prefer smaller strip though but the marinated onion was indeed delicious. Service was really good 👍 very attentive and afford recommend drinks. Great service indeed. Atmosphere was also good had music in the background not to over powerful were you can't even carry a conversation with your group. Perfect volume and good music. Kept switching it up which I think is great everyone gets to hear at least...
