Ocean Center — Local services in Long Beach

Ocean Center Apartments in Long Beach truly exceeded my expectations during my recent tour. This building has a wonderfully welcoming and unique feel, a rare find in apartment living.

Stepping inside, the building feels truly well-appointed, blending historical charm with modern flair. The attention to detail in the unique, timely fixtures and high-quality finishes within the units really stand out. The well-designed AC units also ensure comfort within each residence, a thoughtful touch. They've made units and passageways places you really want to spend time in.

The rooftop terrace is a definite highlight, offering a fantastic space to relax and enjoy the city and ocean views. And when it comes to the units themselves, some are so incredibly spacious and wonderfully laid out they could easily pass as penthouses, truly a luxurious experience!!!

My only comment would be that while the building's gym is in good order, its size might limit its appeal to some, even though the fantastic Gold's Gym is conveniently located nearby. A larger gym could potentially boost the building's demand even further.

Being one of the first 5 Tenants here at Ocean Center, I am currently experiencing the negative financial impacts of the 3 various property management companies. Specifically speaking, as part of the leasing promotion at the time i moved in, i was told i would be signing a 14-month lease with 2 months free concession. I moved in February 2024 and to date Ocean Center has not honored this concession in full. The early ledgers of the first management company shows the deduction of the concession distributed over 14 months as we had agreed to and this has been the extent of Ocean Center honoring this agreement. The current management representatives although very pleasant and respectful definitively put the benefit of the investment group before the tenants as my claims are very obvious as i have been provided the ledgers, meticulously developed my own spreadsheets to confirm monies owed vs monies paid, which proves my claim. The living on the other hand is very nice, however, at this time it is difficult for me to provide Ocean Center (Pack-6 Investment Group) a high rating due to the disingenuous care presently displayed by the...

I had the pleasure of getting a tour of the apartments with Madison when she showed me and my family around the exceptional Ocean Center Apartments in Long Beach, and it was truly an outstanding experience.
