Alessandro's Place — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I wish I could give this place 0 starts. I usually go the the one on Sunset which is way better but I switched it and I won’t do that ever again. I called in my order and when I got there they started making it. I got wings and fries and paid $27 with a EXTRA ranch and I tipped $5. I asked the man did I have a ranch he said yes it’s in the bag so I bought a EXTRA ranch. I get home and there is NO RANCH! After I waited I tipped and paid extra for another ranch just to have no ranch he said I had. The ranch is $1.65 btw. To make matters worse the wings are not the same as the location on sunset. They were Pizza Hut wings!!! I paid $27 for Pizza Hut wings and the fries taste like bad oil. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT PIZZA HUT WINGS. The location on sunset is way better. If you work late, party late, or just crave late night pizza, this is a great place to try. Reasonably priced, fresh ingredients, fast service. I usually get the large deluxe pizza or half deluxe & half hawaiian. They charge $1 extra for halfsies, and it typically comes out to around ~$25 (tax & tip incl) for a large specialty pizza (pickup).

They only offer takeout or delivery and all the staff are masked up. Service is pretty fast during off-peak nights, can be a bit of a wait on weekends so plan ahead. I usually just pick up since it's typically faster than delivery.

Awful and dangerous. I ordered no-contact delivery through Grubhub and this was not followed. On top of that, the delivery person (employed by the restaurant, not Grubhub) knocked on my door and was not wearing a mask despite it being the law in CA right now due to COVID guidelines. If the delivery team is not following safety protocols, I wonder what the rest of the staff is doing while preparing the food? To make things worse, I called the restaurant after Grubhub told me they couldn't do anything because it wasn't their delivery person, and Alessandro's lied, claiming they have no delivery drivers.
