I always start with the basics. We went with the fried rice. It was clumped together in quarter to half-dollar sized grilled amalgamations of what tasted like better than run-of-the-mill ingredients. Point 1. Point 2. Just greasy enough to make me drool when I think about it but not greasy enough to have to pull out paper towels and start dabbing, pressing, box maneuvering whilst food-sliding so you can soak up the corner grease; yet my inner glutton had no complaints either. (Very hard to find a balance I might add...) Point 3. Crispy/grilled to gooey ratio was 1 to 3, just enough to enjoy the taste and consistency but not at all in the Time the Tool Man Taylor Taste the grill noise area at all.
