Blaze Pizza — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this Blaze Pizza location. The staff is disorganized and clearly struggles to manage orders efficiently.

My recent experience was a disaster. Despite placing my online order with a scheduled pick-up time 45 minutes later, I arrived to find the staff completely unaware of the online orders. After waiting an additional 10 minutes, I inquired about my order and discovered it hadn’t even been started. I was forced to wait another 45 minutes.

To make matters worse, my order was still incorrect, and one of the pizzas was missing, requiring me to wait even longer. The staff’s incompetence was staggering, and the lack of management oversight was apparent.

I will never return to this location and would advise others to avoid it. The service is abysmal, and the staff’s disorganization is...

Lifeless & tasteless ingredients (no I did not have COVID, everything else tasted just fine)

I had my first order here a few months ago, which had large pieces of garlic that I didn't put in my online order. If you're on your lunch break, don’t waste your time and go to Blaze Pizza. I went there for the first time on Friday for Pie Day, waited in line for 25 minutes, and ordered a green pepper and mushroom pizza for my coworker who can’t have pork. When I got back to the office, I found they had given me a pepperoni and mushroom pizza instead.

I didn’t have time to go back and get it fixed since I only had an hour for lunch. I called to address the mistake, but they left me on hold for a long time for 45 mins. To make matters worse, the dough was soggy. Not a fan of soggy dough at all.
