Caffe Hub — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Well I wanted to give service ten stars, but there weren't that option.

The first time I came here, the owner welcomed my puppy with treats, gave her some good scratch and greeted me warmly, "Ni hao ma?" [it means How are you? in Mandarin] I instantly felt like home.

Ever since then, every time I walk in, the owner George he would greet me loudly, "Ni Hao Ma?" in his orange-red shirt and would always greet my puppy. It would brighten up your day immediately! I noticed over time here that Every customer and every creature that came here, George made sure you and them feel at home!

Plus Peggy is the best barista out there in the world. The iced tiramisu latte is top-notch. It's sweet and flavorful and has layers. And she has the warmest smile in the shop! Also, the world-famous Pesto sandwich here is a box that you must check when you visit Hollywood. Many celebrities have done so, and so should YOU!

I have been living in Hollywood for over 2 years, and this place holds a special place in my heart. Javista, Intelligentsia, Cafe de leche... none of these places are as good as Caffe Hub. Here they make conversations with you and make your trip special. Calming music, lush greenery, clean environment, great affordable food and a fun game on the wall for you to experience.

I ordered blueberry cheesecake and strawberry crepe, they were dense and smooth, fresh, fruity and filling!

The manager of this Cafe club, treat me, so evil and nasty in hate and racism so I say, they should not be at 4. 8 star Cafe hub, on Selma Street. I explain what happened: I was going to try the coffee in the morning hours but the manager kick me out in including I had money. I advise you all, to start going on Vine Street Cafe with a yellow gate because they are very kind and professional and great coffee and food. I had a very disappointing experience at Caffe Hub during breakfast. While we were simply trying to choose our meals, we were rudely rushed and practically scolded for “taking too long.” That kind of attitude toward paying customers is completely unacceptable.

Additionally, there is a cute black dog on the premises, which would normally be a pleasant touch — however, the chef was seen playing with the dog, petting it, and then continuing to prepare food and carry plates without washing his hands. This raises serious hygiene concerns and makes the whole dining experience feel unsafe and unprofessional.

Overall, the customer service was rude, and the lack of basic cleanliness is alarming. I would not...
