Amy is great! The procedure was fast & painless! Update: I completed 3 of 6 upper lip laser hair removals (already paid for entire 6 through Groupon) & 2 of 8 full-face laser hair removals (I was paying as I went since it was an add-on) when Amy called & said that they were closing for a month or so for some work on the machines. We set a new appointment date for when they were scheduled to return, but she canceled that one, too, saying the machines weren't ready & she didn't know when they would be. She said she would call me to reschedule once they were back up. She never called. It's been 8 months since my last treatment. I accidentally stumbled across them on Yelp & it appears they are back to work & I was never informed. Not sure what happened, but whatever it was it appears shady since I am still owed treatments that I already paid for & never received. I would NOT recommend giving this...

Have you ever met someone for the first time and just click with them? Amy is that person! Not only is she professional and punctual, she’s also hilarious and just the realest woman you can ever meet! Her laughter is infectious too XD This is my second laser hair removal appointment with Amy. She’s quick, diligent, gentle and takes pride in her work. I could feel and see the difference even on my first appointment! I can’t wait for my third one!

Located right in Hollywood and has free parking! Amy was very accommodating, personable and made the time during my treatment fun! I got Sculpsure and she was excellent and explaining everything. I wasn't expecting how hot the lasers get so it was eye opening. Amy adjusted the intensity in the area where I was feeling the most discomfort and it helped.
