Centerpiece hookah lounge — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Bait and switch tactic to charge higher prices. When we walked in, the waiter said it’s $25 minimum charge. When we got the bill, he charged us $58 saying it’s $25 per person. The calculations didn’t even make sense as to how it added up to $58 as the hookah we got was $20 and the refill was $8. Couldn’t dispute since we already did the Hookah, bait and switch.

Also, their menu states clearly we get 15% discount for tagging them in Instagram post. They did not honor it as they said they need money because of Covid.

Extremely unethical place charging fees and higher prices without telling the consumer. I asked why the menu prices are different, he said that the menus are old and not updated. Then why even give out the incorrect menus if the prices are wrong.

Not coming back here again and I would hope others read this and see the unethical shady practices they have. I’m happy to support local business but not if they take advantage of...

I came across this place because some friends and I were looking for a chill/calm place to hangout and this hookah lounge was everything we we're looking for. I feel both comfortable and relaxed when hanging out here with my buddies.

The gentleman that is usually overseeing the lounge provides very friendly service and has some great recommendations for different kinds of flavors.

In regards to the actually hookah, most of the flavors are great and the the smoke comes out very clear and smoky. It usually lasts for a fairly long time as well.

The only thing I dont like about Centerpiece is that I wasn't put onto them earlier. They hands down have the best hookah in all of greater Los Angeles, and I can say that with a high degree of confidence because I have over 10 years of experience in hookah hospitality including working with the biggest hookah establishments across the nation. Their quality and service is unmatched, and soon enough every other hookah lounge in Westwood is going to have a run for their money.
