It received one star because I lost my charger and vape while walking my dog to get chicken nuggets for my other dogs. I called the manager immediately after leaving and explained that I had lost those items while calming my dog down (He is a Beagle, so he caused a big barking scene). I asked the manager to call me if anyone turned them in. I did receive a call, but I had set my phone down. When I called back to inquire if they had contacted me about someone finding the items, I was informed that the call had a different purpose and nothing was in their lost and found. Later that week, I discovered a voicemail from the manager that day stating that they had indeed found the items. Since I didn't return the call until the next day, I can only assume they had already given them to one of their employees. The food and service are good, but their honesty is lacking. Hopefully, you won't experience any losses. I'm fortunate that what I lost only cost around a hundred bucks. It would have been much worse if it had been a wallet with a substantial amount of money in it. I won't be returning to that establishment as this incident...
Read moreI had a really bad experience with this Chick-fil-A last week, and feel it's appropriate to share it. I'm currently recovering from reconstructive surgery on my knee after tearing my ACL, and since I am not able to walk or drive, I have been relying heavily on store delivery to get my food. A week ago I used the Chick-Fil-A app to purchase from the Lincoln Blvd store (I believe in conjunction with DoorDash), and received a message on my phone that my food had been delivered, with a picture of my food sitting on the sidewalk outside. Although I had asked for the driver to come to my apartment, I assumed maybe there was some miscommunication, and crutched outside of my apartment to where the photo was taken, only to discover that the food was no longer there. I don't know if the driver took it, or someone else, but I don't think this is an appropriate situation whatsoever. I called the Chick-Fil-A for support, and they told me they couldn't help but would have someone call me back to address the situation. 7 days later, I am still awaiting a call. I would really like someone to contact me and help make this...
Read moreMy neighborhood Chick-fil-A gave me this coupon in person to use on any Tuesday 2-5 for a free mystery entree item when going through the drive through for a future purpose - one per person and no purchase necessary. I went today to use it and the team member Carsyn told me they wouldn’t accept it and that they PURPOSELY do not put an expiration date to get customers to come back.
I called this Chick-fil-A to speak to a manager and when you press “3” to speak to a manager it says invalid request.
Carsyn also said they were for graduates? There’s nothing on it about graduates and THEY gave ME this coupon in person at my last visit. If it wasn’t for me why did they give it to me?
Even though purchase wasn’t necessary I did also order an additional entree and milkshake that I paid for. Once they refused the coupon they offered me a refund for the additional food. So instead of honoring the coupon - they sold me food for me to return and then for them to throw away. Great work!
Since their phone doesn’t work I had to call corporate to complain and they said this location would get back to me....
