Yaya and I agreed to meet at 8:30AM before my 9AM clients arrived. I was waiting outside for 20 minutes. No response or answer from yaya the entire time. Another artist allowed me in, had to explain to her I was a traveling artist because she looked confused. Apparently no communication within the business. No space was ready for me to work. Had to clear out a space myself. Loud music, can’t even have conversations with my clients. Yaya finally texted me back 3 hours later. She offered my money back then said it was an accident. Texted saying she was at the location. I checked the other room but she wasn’t. Strange to lie but apparently that text wasn’t for me either. as I was leaving, she said she was glad everything worked out. I am writing to express my concern regarding the level of professionalism demonstrated by your staff. It is disappointing to see a business continue to hire individuals who are not capable of maintaining professional standards, particularly in customer service roles.

Specifically, I have observed staff who are unable to communicate clearly, speak proper English, or provide basic information such as accurate timing. Additionally, punctuality appears to be an ongoing issue, which reflects poorly on the business as a whole.

I strongly urge your management team to take these matters seriously by hiring qualified, professional individuals who can represent your brand with competence and respect for your clientele. Your customers deserve better, and your business will benefit from raising its...

The stylists here are absolutely fantastic. Me and my sister were having lunch in the area and happened to walk in. Within 5 minutes we were both with a stylist. My sister got a trim and color with Precious and it looks fabulous! I got a style from Stacey and saw another girl getting keratin and wanted to do the procedure but Precious said it wouldn't be as effective on my hair and recommended a product instead. She really took the time to explain several products which actually ended up saving me a lot of money over the keratin treatment. Precious is truly an expert. The people here are absolutely amazing and very honest. They have a huge array of products and know how to customize each one exactly to your personal style. They have reasonable prices.
