I had not one, not two or three surgeries with Dr. DAVID BARBA I had 5 surgeries done with him. And the only surgeries he had to do twice in my same knee was because I ripped my meniscus twice! And 1 left shoulder that doesn't even feel like I have surgery there. Right shoulder, rotor cuff, 6 months later I ripped my bicep in the same shoulder., years ago. Recently I had a terrible fall and I started feeling bad pain in my right shoulder again and I'm looking for him to have a consultation. He operated my right knee, total knee replacement and I'm ok. The only problem that I encountered now is that I was referred to the White Memorial Hospital, a little bit far for me since I live in Monterey Park, almost around the corner from his office in my City. I just wanted to let everybody know that he is one of the best Doctors I ever had. And I have 10 surgeries done just between my knees and shoulders. God bless you...

Very bad orthopedic surgeon Beware .I had neck surgery and I was in the White Memorial hospital. Well, I was in the hospital anesthesiologist and his assistance manhandle me and torn my Subscapularis tendon I was in so much pain after 18 days being in the hospital when I was only supposed to be there for six days, they called Dr. David Barba an orthopedic Surgeon doctor that looked at my MRI and said I only had a small rotator cut tear After I’ve been telling them that I was in so much pain that something was going very bad in my arm he did not pay attention to me, and I find out that I had a Subscapularis was torn And he release me from the hospital, even though I am in so much pain and he was very rude to me and I do not recommend this doctor. People skills at an optimum quality of care. Plus service with a smile. Bi-lingual, a big plus. No long waiting time. Respectful staff. Everyone is off their personal cell phone, they actually work . No gossiping a big plus for us. Don’t need to hear things that have nothing to do with our visit. As for Dr. Barba his chair side manners are always great. He active listens to the patient. He addresses concerns in a manner that is just right for everyone. Dr. Barba has operated other family members and all are well...
