지난번에 남긴 치킨 테리야키 관련 피드백이 빠르게 반영된 것을 확인하고 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 이전 방문 후 비교적 짧은 시간 안에 음식의 전반적인 퀄리티가 개선되어, 처음 방문했을 때 느꼈던 그 감동적인 맛을 다시 그대로 경험할 수 있었습니다.

튀김옷은 한층 더 바삭하게 완성되었고, 닭고기는 신선하며 육즙이 살아 있어 식감이 훌륭했습니다. 곁들여 나온 양배추도 샐러드처럼 집어먹을 정도로 적당히 촉촉하고 신선하여 만족감을 더했습니다. 무엇보다도 지난번에 지적했던 닭을 잠기게 했던 액체 문제는 완전히 해소되어, 음식의 균형이 한층 깔끔해졌습니다.

또한 계산대를 담당하던 젊은 히스패닉 직원분이 특히 인상적이었습니다. 고객과 대화하는 방식이 매우 노련하고 침착하여, 마치 숙련된 장사꾼처럼 문제를 현명하게 접근하는 태도가 돋보였습니다. 덕분에 음식뿐 아니라 서비스까지 전반적으로 정상화되어 더욱 만족스러운 방문이었습니다.

참고로, 이전에 작성한 리뷰는 그대로 유지하되, 사진만 삭제할 예정임을 알려드립니다. 세심하게 신경 써 주신 식당 관리자님과 운영자님께 감사의 마음을 전합니다. 앞으로도 좋은 음식과 서비스로 오래 기억에 남는 가게가 되기를 기대하겠습니다.

I was very pleased to see that the feedback I left previously regarding the chicken teriyaki was addressed so promptly. In a relatively short time since my last visit, the overall quality of the food has improved noticeably, allowing me to once again experience the same delightful flavors I enjoyed on my first visit.

The batter is now even crispier, the chicken is fresh and juicy, and the texture is excellent. The accompanying cabbage was also pleasantly moist and fresh, adding to the overall satisfaction. Most importantly, the excessive liquid that previously overwhelmed the chicken has been completely resolved, giving the dish a much cleaner and more balanced taste.

I was also particularly impressed by the young Hispanic staff member at the cashier. His communication with customers was remarkably composed and skillful, demonstrating the confidence and approach of a seasoned professional.

For reference, I plan to keep my previous review as it is but will be removing the attached photos. My sincere thanks go to the restaurant’s manager and operators for their thoughtful attention to these details. I look forward to seeing this establishment continue to provide excellent food and service that leave a lasting impression.

매주 한번은 방문하는 레귤러입니다. 주로 화요일날에 방문합니다. 항상 같은 음식을 주문하지만 이 식당 이용에 만족하는 편입니다. 가격도 괜찮고 맛도 좋거든요. 오늘은 비즈니스 관계로 수요일 12시 반쯤에 들렸습니다. 이상하게 오늘은 음식에 물기가 가득차 있었습니다. 기름도 아니고 물도 아닌 이 정체를 알수없는 액체에 닭이 잠겨 있더군요. 튀긴 닭은 눅눅하고 맛이 없어졌고 소스도 다 씯겨버렸습니다. 처음으로 돈이 아깝다는 생각이 들었습니다. 앞으로 이런일이 없도록 신경 써주시기 바랍니다.

I’m a regular customer who visits about once a week, usually on Tuesdays. I always order the same dish, and I’ve generally been very satisfied with this restaurant—the prices are reasonable, and the food tastes great.

Today, due to a business matter, I stopped by on Wednesday around 12:30 PM. Strangely, the food was full of some kind of liquid—it wasn’t oil or water, but an unknown substance in which the chicken was soaking. The fried chicken had become soggy and lost its flavor, and the sauce had completely washed off.

Egg Toast was so bomb! Had a hard time trying to decide between the moon toast and the spicy toast. Ultimately, decided on the spicy and did not regret! Toast was nice and crispy, egg was a little bit runny, sauce was plentiful, and the texture of the vegetables in the egg made it a pleasure to eat. It’s very comforting food and even though it seems little, I was full from finishing every single bite. They had the sweet rice punch on menu but didn’t have it the day I went and instead got the strawberry lemonade in hot SoCal day. It was sour and very refreshing! There’s little seating but if you sit in the back, you can see them prepare the egg toasts and other foods on menu. Can’t wait to be back and try...

The Mexican girl that works there is NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. 1. She doesn't greet you 2. She does not follow the rules set by owner; she only gives you a free soda when everyone else gives you a free sodduk or tornado fries when redeeming your frequent customer card. 3. She never says Thank you etc... 4. She purposely works slowly to make you wait. The Korean girl who works on Wed/Thurs is very friendly and nice. The Mexican needs to learn from the Korean girl LOL.
