My friend invited my over to Fresh Brothers Pizza last night and we had a blast! There were about 10 of us and it was a great way to catch up with old friends, meet new people and eat LOTS AND LOTS OF PIZZA!
I would like to thank Debbie Goldberg for being the hostess with the mostess! She made sure that our drinks were always full and most importantly she made sure that our rather large party had plenty to eat.
Mission Accomplished!! It has been 12 hours since I ate any food and I am still in a Pizza Coma!
So lets talk about the Fresh Brothers location itself. It is Hollywood so there is a lot of traffic and the spots in the parking lot go quickly. I rode my bike so I was able to park right in front.
This place has a lot of tv's. When I was done counting them, I found two more in the bathroom so I think the total is like 15 flatscreens for a pretty small location. I thought it was awesome! They have two tv's that point outside so you can watch tv if you are standing in front of the building.. Even more awesome!
The food was awesome. Let me take you through what I ate:
We had the fresh knots and wings. The knots were very good and they are described like this. Garlic bread tied in tasty knots, dusted with parmesan, pizza sauce on the side
After the appetizers came out, then came out the salads. I dove into the BBQ Chicken Salad and it was very yummy. It was very fresh and here are the ingredients for that. Barbecued chicken breast over a tasty bed of romaine, cheddar cheese, corn, zesty onions and black beans topped with fried onions.
The final course was the pizzas and there was plenty to go around. To be honest, I don't know how many kinds of pizza's were out there but they were all called. My friend Dimple has a custom pizza made for her which has Sausage, Pepperoni and Red Onions on it. I think I might have liked it the best. I hope to see the Dimple Special on the menu sometime soon..
The Bottom Line: The food here is awesome and they have 10 locations throughout Los Angeles. I would recommend trying...
Read moreAt first see all the ratings, (can it really be that great) but now after testing this place out i can definitely say 5 stars is still not enough. This place is amazing. The second you walk they treat you like family. They have a Wonderful staff. James is the most friendliest person you can ever meet, he changes the whole environment. It was our first time here, and trust me, it wont be the last. We order a deep dish pizza with pepperoni, pineapples and jalapeños. My wife wasn't too excited about the deep dish because she doesn't like to much dough, but now you can definitely say that Fresh brothers converted her to a deep dish lover haha. The dough is so light and delicious it was honestly too perfect, everyone has to try it. And definitely don't forget about dessert, sadly i don't remember what it was called but it was these cinnamon knots. So delicious. We will definitely recommend to all friends and family. Thank you so much for the great experience 🍕💑⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Read moreTHE FOLLOWING REVIEW NO LONGER APPLIES. THEY MUST HAVE LOST THE COOK (AND TWO STARS) WHO MADE THE PIZZA I LIKED. NOW, IT'S JUST OK.
I really shouldn't rate this place. I have only eaten one type of pizza out of a large and varied selection. Their service and cleanliness is as good as any and better than most. And from the looks on other customers faces, all the other kinds of pizzas must be delicious. But my 5 stars was for their Pizza Margarita! It's a simple pie with no other main toppings but mozzarella and ... fresh tomatoes! Like everything simple, it's extremely difficult get it right.
They used to have it right. No more. Plus it's saltier.
I could try to describe what I think makes it so good ... but everyone alrady knows all the words I would use so ... let's skip all that ... try one.
PS I almost ate a whole large pie all by myself last night. My mouth couldn't stop wanting that taste long after my belly ... and brain ... and family said...
