Kreation serves up healthy and nourishing offerings that are made with balanced ingredients, sacred alchemy and integrity, amidst a sea of Franklin Ave. mediocrity (at best). I'm grateful this place exists. And their rewards program is totally generous and their hours, stellar. The staffing needs attention for sure; citing a couple of individuals in particular; one who ignores me completely and an older woman who is just bitter and rude...and who just confronted me negatively because her other coworkers are not present. It's easy to be an emotionally violent bully when there are no witnesses, I guess. I am a generous person who only ever extends kindness, grace and generosity to those I first encounter; so It's unfortunate when Karens like her try to throw their unhealed baggage my way: please know I am not the TSA. It's also unfortunate that despite appreciating another employee so much (Jeff ) and much about this place, in general; that I will be moving my usual routine away from here, effective today. There is no bathroom; which makes my person, property and puppy too vulnerable to thefts and the creepiness that lurks daily on Franklin Ave. And I like to work at cafes. But, Digital Nomad culture is something that still needs to be respectfully understood and embraced in the states; which is surprising, because we give so much to local economies (and I alone, have been investing $300-500 per week at Kreation). Coworking spaces cost less per day, btw :) and other countries (who get it) are literally asking Digital Nomads like me, to move there. I'm taking that funding and using it to create a job for someone in this community and elevate my own business, so I guess; thanks for the inspiration. Environmentally, the music on the patio is often at a decibel level that doesn't allow for optional listening. And the environment on Franklin Ave. is so toxic. The guy who trolls Franklin Ave. all day smoking cigars-and contaminating the shared atmosphere of the entire community, is barbaric. And yes, I've asked him if it's "possible to change his routine." So, if the owner wont be present enough to take it upon themselves to check their toxic employees (I swear, there is always one in a local business that acts like a total cancerous cell-ruining the entire body of a place) and the environment they are bringing people to and advocate for us; then I can't really justify advocating for their Kreation. It's sad, because this place could be 5 stars. Perhaps a relocation would allow them to extend the grace that is necessary for greater reciprocity to their clientele and mitigate...
Read moreFor vegans, the few options they have for prepared meals are tasty. I like the buffalo cauliflower wrap and the Cesar salad, however, there is never enough dressing for my favorite salads & they don’t sell it separately, so I stopped ordering the salads.
There aren’t a ton of vegan options, but they keep 2 wraps and 1 or 2 salads in stock regularly.
There are some other cool health products to purchase here, but it’s very expensive & I haven’t been able to justify the costs.
I think some of the stuff, like dried fruit, may be done fresh, so I suppose that justifies the costs, but I think their biggest selling point for vegans are their quick grab options when your running around & want something tasty!
Great customer service! & you can try...
Read moreUpdated 3/30: this company sends out fraud promotions frequently. Like this weekend they sent out a promo for a free drink. Every location I’ve called didn’t have it in stock at any point today. It’s false advertising to try and get you to buy one of their overpriced drinks. I truly hate what this place stands for and how overpriced everything is. It’s all sketchy marketing to get you to buy something else. Do not support this company.
Appalling prices. Absolutely...
