This store is run by rude ugly women. Beware if you feel like buying a lot of items! You don’t even have to actually damage any merchandise nor put any of it in your pockets because the simple act of wanting to buy a lot of products makes you a suspect! LOL but what’s really sad is I would have done your little shop of knock offs a favor if you would have had used your last brain cell to actually let me buy the products I was genuinely interested in, rather than aggressively yanking my cart away from me and talking down to me like I’m a kid in trouble at school (even though you were at least a foot shorter than me and had to look up at me to talk smack hahaha) Power trip much? Get real. All you did was shoo away a high paying client. Bought items under 10 bucks expected to use 30% off coupon was told I cannot by cashier (there was another coupon for items over $20 for 30% off for itc members) and he tried to sell me ITC membership. I was caught off guard and had my sunglasses on and couldn't read the details and took him on his word bought items without any discounts. When I went home I read the whole thing and he lied. I was upset and thinking he may have done it because I was asian. Went the next day to talk to the manager and told him what happened and get this I was actually a itc member. Wow. The manager refunded me the items and told me the take the items which is like $13 without charge which in our initial conversation he said he had no power to do. Lies. Supervisor Mike looked bothered when asked if he could call another store and have an item put on hold. He was very dismissive. We first asked if he could check if they had the item in stock in their backroom and he comes back with we do not but depending on where you're headed the surrounding stores show one or two in stocks. Asked him if he could tell me what stores and with attitude he just said. "Like I said depending on what way you're driving the surrounding stores show 1 or 2. So I asked him if you could a particular store put one on hold for me and he rolled his eyes and walked away. I understand working retail can be pretty demanding at times with deadlines and having to provide customer service, but why work in that environment if your are going to be bothered whenever a customer...
