Sooooo, a coworker told me about this place and I Tried it. Service wasn't bad and the food was just ok. It was a bit salty but edible. The worse part about the whole experience was the owner. So I was waiting inside for my food and over heard the way he was talking to the staff. Very very disappointing. He had the worst attitude towards them and talking to them as if they were the dumbest people on the planet. One of the workers came out to eat as I was eating and I asked him who that was talking to them. When he said that the person talking to them was the owner, I nearly went back inside and told him off. I understand that there is a language barrier but belittling people doesn't get anything done correctly. I will not return here EVER just because of that experience. It left me distraught and very very disappointed. Hopefully he reads this and is mindful of who is around when he talks to people in that way. I understand people need to be corrected and get their job right, especially when it comes to food service, but thats not the way. The person I talked to said that nobody lasts working there and...
Read moreIf I could give this place zero stars for the door alone, I absolutely would. The outside door at Habbachi Papi is an absolute nightmare. I’m not exaggerating when I say it feels like you’re trying to push open a bank vault. It’s INSANELY heavy — you literally need your full body weight just to crack it halfway open. Every single time, it feels like a workout I didn’t sign up for, and honestly, it makes coming in and out of the restaurant way more frustrating than it ever should be.
Whoever thought this was a good idea clearly never tried using it themselves. It’s not just inconvenient, it’s borderline unsafe — imagine elderly guests, parents with strollers, or anyone with mobility issues trying to get through that thing. Ridiculous. Fix. The. Door.
With that being said, Karla is amazing — her service and energy completely make up for the door disaster. She deserves all the...
Read moreThe tall light skin Dred head cook was really disrespectful for no reason, just because me and my brother went to have a seat outside with a chick fil a bag! My brother was going to order from them but the cook came outside right away within seconds after we sat down for no reason just because we both sat down and I guess they thought we wasn’t going to order from them and told us that we can’t eat chick fil a there and have to leave! Which is super disrespectful because you don’t just say that without asking if we’re going to order! I always buy from them the only reason I wasn’t getting any is because I just had there food and wanted chick fil a! I’m never buying again from them! Because the dred said that he owns the place also and I’m not putting money...
