Mr. Noodle — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Apparently the has been a change in ownership which has affected the quality, taste, portions of the food and the customer service. My family and I have frequented the establishment for years and recommended it family and friends but now I will caution them to stay away. The food isn’t as good, the older woman with the bob hair cut is a rude liar. We order the same 5 dishes, she only got 4 and when we noticed the the order was wrong she wanted us to take responsibility for HER mistake and after much discussion she acted as though she was doing us a favor by correcting the order after insisting that we couldn’t change our order because we changed our minds and I had to keep reminding her that we did not change our order it was taken incorrectly.. She went back into the kitchen and told everyone that we changed our mind, she said everyone heard her take the order, so I guess they take orders on speaker phone now. My daughter was sitting next to me in the car and our phone was on speaker when she placed the order. She also didn’t get one of the items we ordered which is probably for the best because the food was subpar. The encounter and food was/is so frustrating that this is my first review of any restaurant and that was our last trip to Mr.Noodle. We had an amazing dining experience at MR Noodle! From the moment we walked in, the ambience stood out—warm, inviting, and perfect for a casual meal or a night out. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the service was outstanding.

We ordered food, and it was delivered to our table incredibly fast, which was a pleasant surprise. The freshness of the ingredients was evident in every bite, elevating the flavors of the dishes to perfection.

The Tom Yum Soup was, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever tried. The balance of flavors—spicy, sour, and aromatic—was impeccable, and it set a high bar for the rest of the meal. We also ordered the Pad Thai, which came in a generous portion and was packed with bold, authentic flavors. Every bite was a testament to the quality and freshness of the ingredients.

I got the veg. Fried rice takeout add shrimp. They have a nice pickup area with indoor being closed, and a price you can’t really beat in LA with a good sized portion and this chili mixture for it that’s amazing.

I will say tho that there was not much shrimp in there, it was only $1 add on but I’d rather pay more and have more shrimp. But I wasn’t missing much, for being a coastal city you would expect better than average shrimp but it was quite rubbery. Hoping it was a one time thing, cause everything...
