I had an amazing time at Kizame Sushi in West Hill! If you're a sushi lover, you absolutely have to check this place out—it's such a little gem! The sushi was not just good; it was incredibly fresh and delicious! You could really taste the quality in every bite. Their all-you-can-eat menu has an awesome variety—everything from classic nigiri and sashimi to really fun and creative rolls. Plus, they have great appetizers, so there's something for everyone to enjoy! I absolutely loved the spicy tuna salad and squid legs, and the garlic edamame and shishito peppers were seasoned just right! The baked salmon and crab rolls were so tasty, and the salmon and tuna carpaccio is definitely a must-try. The flavors were just fantastic! The service was top-notch! Everyone was super friendly, quick, and really attentive. The restaurant itself has a nice vibe! It's modern and clean, making it a perfect spot to relax and hang out. Overall, Kizame totally nails it! With their fresh, high-quality sushi, great variety, amazing service, and lovely atmosphere, I can’t wait to go back!

Pros: Good selection of food. Some dishes i have never seen in other ayce place , e.g. uni pasta, ramen, yaki tori. Fish are fresh. Taste is at par. Nothing bad but nothing stood out. Server was polite and service was great. Seating has more space compared to other ayce sushi place. Cons: Lots of rice and fish are thin (check out my photos). It’s getting worse in round 2 & 3. I wasn’t expecting that at a $50 ayce place. Sushi rice is very loose and a little undercooked. Also, we were told we can only order the soft shell crab one per person, that is not indicated anywhere and feels like the owner just made that decision because he was behind us. Also, 3 years old charge from $18.99 doesn’t make too much sense. Price changes up and down $2-$3 few times in a couple weeks. To summarize, happy to have a new ayce sushi in the valley. Not bad to try. But I probably won’t return because of the above reasons. Aikan is overall better in terms of food and value.

All the food items were tried were all very delicious. I would definitely like to try more items out the next time we go. Our server Austin was attentive and made sure our order was being worked on and filling our drinks. Music wasn't to loud, layout, design, decoration gave it a nice cozy feel, and the chairs were nice and comfy. They also have Self-Serve Ice Cream on the far right corner (Vanilla, Chocolate & Swirl). I will 100% be coming back again as we love their food. The only reason why I gave it 4 and not 5 is because the rice portions on the rolls & Classic Sushi were little more then expected & the time from placing your order to receiving was VERY long, the last 2 rounds each took about 30min wait each time. Granted they were busy, I think they just didn't have enough sushi chef's to fulfill orders. Also there is no take out menu to order individual items.

This is the first time here. And honestly worst service ever. Seems to be selective. Wait time was said to be 20 to 30 min and we were made to wait about an hour. The table was for 2 and our party of 3 was very uncomfortable. All around us people getting their food and our party waited about 45 min for any kind of food. While other parties that sat 15 min after us receiving all there ordered food.

Not one server came to even see if we were ok while they waited all the other table. Our party consistent of my husband my self and out 6 year old.

When I approached the hosted she just said that they opened 3 weeks ago and there excuse was give us another chance. Horrible, horrible service the lack of professionalism and work ethic. Never ever coming back here.

I respect that places get busy but to not even come to the table and let us know what is needed or if anything is coming out for 45 min. Is ridiculous.

As a diabetic that pre set her insulin and have no food for 45 min to get my lows and dizzy. We arrived at 7pm got in 835 pm after told 20 to 30 min and then not receive anything but green salad and left at 935 seriously crazy.

Maybe in a few moths they can get there stuff straight but not recommend and who has had better service amazing but like I mentioned before seemed very selective in there service. And who they...

I recently dined at Kizame All You Can Eat Sushi, where they offer two menu options: the premium at $54.95 and the regular at $44.95. I chose the regular menu and was blown away by the experience! The selection is massive—sashimi carpaccio, sushi, sushi rolls, appetizers, and so much more. There’s truly something for everyone, and the variety kept the meal exciting.Every dish was beautifully presented, with vibrant colors and fresh ingredients that made each bite a delight. The flavors were spot-on, and everything tasted fantastic. If I had to nitpick, the sashimi slices were slightly thinner than expected, but honestly, it didn’t detract from the experience at all. For an all-you-can-eat spot, the quality was outstanding. The service was a standout—the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed, which is a huge plus for a buffet-style restaurant. To top it all off, they have a self-service soft serve ice cream station that was the perfect sweet ending to the meal.Kizame is a gem, and I highly recommend visiting to support this local business. You won’t be disappointed with the food, service,...
