Very disappointed. I was there around 7:30 on a Friday night and when I asked for brown rice I was told they were out and unable to make more. My husband is a diabetic dialysis heart patient who has been in and out of the hospital 3 times in the last month and half. I do almost all of his food preparation but I also work a full time job. He came home from the hospital on Thursday and I was exhausted. On my way home from Costco pharmacy I stopped by in hopes of putting something semi healthy together. I got teriyaki chicken for both of us and I also got mushroom chicken for him and a chicken egg roll. Parts of the chicken was overcooked and so dried out that, even with the cleaver they use, the staff did not cut all of the way through it. Since I was not able to get brown rice I settled for chowmain. It also was dried and the noodles tasted pastey and undercooked. The egg rolls were bland and unpalatable and also overcooked. I ended up spending $20 for the 2 of us to eat and most of the food ended up in the garbage. My husband said some of the food in the hospital was better than what I had got him. I know where I won't be looking for help, assistance or GOOD quick food again anytime soon. I might try another location but I won't be back to this one anytime...
Read moreFoods OK for Chinese food. Not bad, not amazing. They used to let you try a few things before you picked them as an entree. For as much as they want for such small sides I want to make sure I like it before I'm stuck with. I don't think that's too much to ask and is not uncommon of a thing. For that reason I give the service a lower rating and I'm less inclined to come back. Food isn't cheap and with the increase in prices I expect as good if not better service than it used to be. Though the lady did tell me no with a smile and was polite about it so I will give them that.
Too add insult to injury we purchased a family meal and wanted to purchase a promotional 1.50 extra box side. The deal was, if you buy a plate or bowl you can add a small side for 1.50. But apparently that doesn't apply if you buy a family meal?
Overall it was just a frustrating and obnoxious experience for me and ultimately will serve to dissuade me from visiting Panda Express, and this one specifically,...

After the Dodgers’ home win, I swung by Panda Express to take advantage of their $6 victory special. A solid deal that makes celebrating even sweeter. I ordered firecracker steak, shrimp, and a toss-up between Beijing beef and orange chicken (both solid, but orange chicken won the night).
The firecracker steak had a nice kick, and the shrimp was fresh enough for a fast-casual spot.
Portion size was fair for the price, though not overly generous. Service was fast, but the restaurant was a bit messy post-rush.
All in all: a good value if you’re riding the high of a win and craving something fast and flavorful.
Rating: 3.5/5 — Worth it for the deal, not quite...
