I place my order at 8:36 PM via little Caesar's app. Pizzas were promise for 8:53 PM. I parked in front of store at 8:46 PM because I'm so use to my pizzas being ready within 10 minutes after ordering via app. I called at 8:54 PM and a women with a heavy accent answer, I asked what was taking so long with my order. She told me they noticed my ticket and it looks like they need one more minute. While I parked in front of the store I kept looking at the the pizza portal for my name. I was confuse and upset that a lot of people kept walking in and walking out with pizzas yet my order wasn't ready. Finally at 9:05 PM I walked in and asked the guy why my order is not ready. He asked my name, he turned around and open a bottom door, takes out my pizzas and hands them to me. I asked why no one put them in the portal and he replied that they couldn't find my ticket. I immediately asked for a refund, he replied, I can't give you a refund you need to call your bank. No one apologize. Overall this was a horrible experience not to mention POOR CUSTER SERVICE. It's a shame because I live so close and use to enjoy ordering through their app and picking...

Wendy from the start had a mood for no reason while we order our food and i get it you know we all go through things but when you give attitude for no reason thatās obviously uncalled for. Iām finishing ordering the food while the second I check the receipt she expects me to stay in the lobby and she doesnāt even give me a chance to walk out while she disrespectfully tells me āgo outsideā, āwait outsideā as if she was rushing and needing to do something. As I ask her why she was in a rush she asked to continuously āgo outsideā. The way she said it was rude and dismissive as if she had something to do. I understand we have covid protocols and different room quantity, but Wendy was just being rude and disrespectful and thatās not who you want in your store. do better...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI didn't catch the young man's name; however been coming to this location for 5+years... have been let down on the last so never thought about considering this location for a review... I've seen managers in the past come at guest in ways that in most counties you'd get away with making them swallow their front teeth- by knocking them in the throat... I mean; extremely rude! My opinion changed tonight... thanks to the professionalism of the guy whom took my order. I'm a project manager; so I know what it takes to run a business/ job... I'm not sure where the young man sits on the totem pole there, however... I visited 2 times (I was doing my laundry at the mat in the same shopping area) I saw this guy running the register, collecting orders from the back, handing orders out, etc... THAT'S AN ASSET
