Its okay not terrible, the place is small, the menu is small, I was disgusted today. This was my first time there w and for somebody who doesn't eat meat, I was really excited to see they had a mushroom option. Also for somebody who generally does not like flour, tortillas for their tacos and likes corn. Instead, I tried their flour Tortilla because they said that they make their own in-house, and they're known for them. I would say that the tortillas were made on the healthier side, but what killed my entire first time experience was that I ordered chips in guac, and the guacamole had a hair inside that really threw me off. I get very disgusted when it comes to hair inside of my food even my own hair. I immediately told the man I wanted a refund. He told me that his system was not working. And it was down, so he went to the back and gave me more guac, I don't know why since I was already disgusted, so I just gave it to my friend. He said he will be refunding me within twenty four hours. I have a feeling that's not gonna go as expected, so I'll be giving them a call tomorrow. I bought 2 tacos 1 Jamaica drink chips and guac that was over 30.00 if anyone is curious

I just happen to stumble upon this place with my friend while going to the brewery just to have a drink, I turned and I saw the $3 Mexican beer sign and that got me hooked right away, while ordering they told us that if we got 4 beers (a bucket) we would get free chips and salsa, so we did that, that was $13 bucks! I mean what a steal , specially cause I got to try 4 different new Mexican Beers , we also got some quesadillas and tacos which were pretty decent! We are definitely coming back to this spot since is close to the Arts district and very inexpensive.

This location opened after the original one in Culver City, and it’s so great to have them in DTLA. Loqui has some seriously tasty tacos and bowls, and this spot specifically has a nice outdoor seating area which is always great for a lunch break on a sunny day. The chicken and cochinita are the standouts for me. Without a doubt worth a visit if you’re in the area and are craving tacos.

Loqui is my current favorite fast causal restaurant in Los Angeles. I found this place through Postmates one evening and have continued to order their food ever since!

Their menu is similar to Chipotle’s minus burritos and the cafeteria style output. But Loqui’s food quality, consistency, and customer service far exceeds expectations and overshadow’s Chipotle’s rundown, dull experience.

I usually order the pork or chicken plate, and a side of chips + guacamole/salsa: • The portion sizes are fantastic, I don’t feel like I’m getting skimped and either have enough left over to take home or feel comfortably full once I finish my plate • Their guacamole has by far one of the best recipes out there. It’s simple, tasty, and has the right amount of salt, cilantro, and lime/lemon. • I love the addition of pickled onion and lettuce on top to garnish the bowl. • Their meat marinades have a savory, flavorful appeal to them. Sometimes the meat can be a bit salty. But not nearly as salty as other places like Chipotle.

The DTLA restaurant itself is gorgeous and has plenty of seating inside and out. They keep their dining room, kitchen, and bathroom clean as a whistle too.

You know a place has great food when ordering out doesn’t take away from the eating experience. Loqui is without a doubt a gem nested within DTLA with high quality food and flavors you cannot easily find from a fast casual restaurant. I look forward to eating there...

I got the chips and guacamole, which also came with salsa, I also got a beef taco and a chicken bowl. Pros: The chips were delicious, the guacamole was delicious, and the salsa was sooo good. Cons: well the chips and quac were the best part of my meal. I did order delivery so things like tortilla quality, I don't know, I feel like if you get the tacos and tortillas there they wouldn't be so stale. But anyway, my beef taco definitely not the best taco I've ever had like all the other reviews state, but also not the worst, definitely the priciest, bigger yea, good no. And my bowl it just lacked alot of flavor despite that heaping lob of quac they put on top, which I appreciate, one thing furshure they are not stingy which is nice (: anyway the stale tortillas I got with my bowl, mehhhh, I did have chips though which made it somewhat better. If you do decide to get the bowls I would get the chips instead of the tortillas. Glad I finally...
