From the moment we walked, we were instantly greeted with a friendly welcome and a smile. This being my first time, Iooking forward to trying something new and familiar at the same time.
In all honesty, I'd would give the food a 3.5/5. My mom, who was with me had the enchiladas plate with a pork tamale and I had the burritos plate. Eat what we know, right? I ain't never had as many vegetables in my burrito as Los Burritos put in it. There was peas, carrots, zucchini, red bell pepper, onion, and celery. The same thing went in my mom's enchiladas. I had to look back at the menu to see what we had ordered but it never stated it was going to give us the same ingredients as soup in our meals. I started calling my burrito, "burrito soup". If I had noodles, would be just that.
Hey. I like vegetablea. I do. Maybe just not ALL of them in my burrito. I should've asked but it would be great to have known that before. It just gave it weird burrito eating experience than I'm use to.
What was they're saving grace was their hibiscus tea/juice. It's a must order but there are no refills.
All in all, it was a decent place to eat. Can't say I would go back,...
Read moreI order a burrito mojado and honestly a lot of restaurants i go the burrito comes with rice and beans this place charges you extra if you want beans. Second no one greet me when i walked in or even ask me if i came for a pick up or wanted to order. They where to busy cleaning. Which i believe we the citizen pay our food with our money that then becomes how their managers pays them. Honestly lack of respect and acknowledge of costumer service. Third burrito has no flavor and is serve poorly. I been to taco trucks that give you sour cream with your burrito or melted cheese this is just garbage. Laat they didnt ask me if i wanted red sauce or green they just went half and half. And to be honest i like my burrito with green sauce not red. Over all i would never come back to this place again and last honestly i was planing to invite my parents to eat here but now that i got this experience i rather not waste my...
Read moreFirst time at this place on a Friday before going to see an event at The Virgil on Santa Monica. Good size place and relatively clean (by Hollywood standards if you know what I mean). I believe the food in general is very good, however, I was unaware the shrimp was fried that comes in the shrimp burrito. Was expecting grilled instead as I never seen fried shrimp in a burrito and probably for a reason is it was not good at all. I'm sure if I went with the chicken instead it would have been much better. Breading was thick and disgusting as it was soggy. Ended up picking out the shrimp and eating the rest of the burrito. Price was decent for the burrito ($12) but the fountain soda was $5! I would go again but get something other than the shrimp and go for water and I think that would be...
